Description

  

  Verfahren zur     )Eierstellung    eines     esterartigen    Kondensationsproduktes.    Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung eines     esterartigen    Kondensations  produktes beschrieben, welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man     Oetadecylchlor-          methyläther    der Formel       C"H".0.        CH,Cl     mit einem essigsauren     Alkalimetallsalz    zur  Umsetzung bringt.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     ester-          artigen    Kondensationsproduktes, welches da  durch     gekennzeichnet    ist, dass man     Octadecyl-          chlormethyläther    mit einem chloressigsauren       A1kalimet.allsalz    zur Umsetzung bringt.  



  Das entstandene     esterartige    Kondensa  tionsprodukt hat die Formel       CIIH';    .0.     CH2.OCOCH2CI     und ist eine farblose,     iiiedrigschmelzende,          wasserunlöslische    Masse, die sich in organi  schen Lösungsmitteln leicht auflöst. Das  neue Produkt kann als Textilhilfsmittel oder    als Zwischenprodukt für die Herstellung  von Textilhilfsmitteln     verwendet    werden.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig so aus  geführt,     dass    man die     Chlormethylverbindung     in einem     organischen        Lösungsmittel    mit dem  chloressigsauren     Alkalisalz    erwärmt, das aus  geschiedene anorganische Salz     abfiltriert    und  das Lösungsmittel verdampft.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Ein Gemisch von 77 Gewichtsteilen  technischem     Octadecylchlormethyläther,    500  Gewichtsteilen     Methylenchlorid    und 30 Ge  wichtsteilen chloressigsaurem Natrium wird  15 Stunden lang     unter        Rühren    im Sieden  gehalten. Nach dem Erkalten wird das ge  bildete Kochsalz abgesaugt und das     Me-          thylenchlorid    im Vakuum bei 30 bis 40'       abdestilliert.    Das erhaltene Produkt ent  spricht der Formel       Cl$H3;    .<B>0</B> .     CH=    .0 . CO .     CH=Cl         und ist ein farbloser,     niedrigschmelzender     Körper.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines oster artigen Kondensationsprodukten, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man Octadec5llchlormethvl- üther mit einem chloressigsauren Alkali metallsalz zur Umsetzung bringt. Das entstandene esterartige Kondensa tionsprodukt hat die Formell CIIH,I7.0. CH=. 0. CO. CHIC1 und ist eine farblose, niedrigsehmelzende, wasserunlöslische blasse, die sich in organi schen Lösungsmitteln leicht auflöst.
