Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Aininoarylsulfonsäurederivates.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur     Darstelliuig    eines     Amino-          arylsulfonsäurederivates,    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man     4-Amino-4'-chlor-5'-me-          thyl    -1,1'-     diphenyläther    - 2 -     sulfonsäure    mit       Palmkernfettsäurechlorid        umsetzt.     



  Die neue Verbindung, die 4 -     Lauroyl-          amino-4'-chlor        -5'-methyl-1,1'-diphenyläther-          2-sulfonsäure    bildet als     Natriumsalz    ein hel  les, in Wasser klar lösliches Pulver und eig  net sich als     Mottenschutzmittel    und als Netz  mittel.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  16 Teile     4-Amino-4'-chlor-5'-methyl-1,1'-          diphenyläther-2-sulfonsäure    werden in 150       Vol.-Teilen    trockenem     Pyridin    suspendiert,  bei 20   C 15 Teile     Palmkernfettsäurechlorid          (Mol.        Gew.    220) eingetropft und so lange bei  20 bis 35   gerührt, bis eine Probe keine un  veränderte Aminosäure mehr anzeigt. Hier  auf wird mit Soda     phenolphthaleinalkalisch     eingestellt, das     Pyridin    mit Wasserdampf ab-    geblasen und die zurückbleibende Lösung  nach dem Erkalten mit Salzsäure angesäuert.

    Zur Entfernung von überschüssiger Palm  kernfettsäure     wird    die Ausscheidung mit     Pe-          troläther    gewaschen, wodurch die     4-Lauroyl-          amino    -4'-     chlor-    5'-     methyl-1,1'-diphenyläther-          2-sulfonsäure    als 01 erhalten wird, welche in  üblicher Weise     in    das     Natriumsalz    überge  führt ein helles, in Wasser klar lösliches Pro  dukt bildet.
