  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nitrofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Nitrofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man     4-Aminophenyl-l-          methyltaurin    mit     2,4,6-Trinitro-l-methoxy-          benzol    kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  230     Gewiehtsteile4.Aminophenyl.1.methyl-          taurin    von der Formel:

    werden zusammen mit 243 Gewichtsteilen       2,4,6-Tiinitro-l-methoxybenzol    und 110 Ge  wichtsteilen Soda in 1500 Gewichtsteilen    Wasser innerhalb 2 Stunden auf<B>80-900</B> C  erhitzt. Nach beendeter Kondensation wird  der Farbstoff mit 250 Gewichtsteilen Natri,um  chlorid     ausgesalzen,    abgesaugt und getrocknet.  



  Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein braunes,  in Wasser mit brauner Farbe leicht lösliches  Produkt dar, das Leder in braunen Tönen  vollkommen durchfärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Nitrofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Aminophenyl-l-methyltaurin mit 2,4,6-Tri- nitro-l-methoxybenzol kondensiert. Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein braunes, in Wasser mit brauner Farbe leicht lösliches Produkt dar, das Leder in braunen Tönen vollkommen durchfärbt.
