Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 297845.    Verfahren     zur    Herstellung     eines        Sulfonsäureamides    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Sulfon-          säureamides    der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches  darin besteht, dass man 1     Mol    des nach der  Schweizer Patentschrift     Nr.295891    erhältli  chen     1,4-Di    -     (2',6'-dimethyl)

      -     phenylamino-          anthraehinondisulfonsäurechlorides    mit 2     Mol          2-Aminoäthan-l-sulfonsäure    kondensiert.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man verrührt eine feuchte Paste des nach  den Angaben der Schweizer Patentschrift       Nr.295891    aus 44,6 Teilen     1,4-Di-(2',6'-dime-          thyl        )-phenylaminoanthrachinon    erhältlichen       Disulfonsäurechlorides    mit 180 Teilen einer       200/eigen    Lösung aus     2-aminoäthan-l-sulfon-          saurem    Natrium.

   Nach Zugabe von 20 Teilen       Natriumbicarbonat        und        100        Teilen        80        %        igem          Isopropylalkohol    rührt man die Kondensa  tionsmasse 3 Stunden lang bei 50 . Dabei wird  das     Reaktionsgemiseh    wasserlöslich. Nun rührt  man die Masse noch 2 Stunden lang bei 80   am     Rüekfluss,    versetzt sie mit 80 Teilen     Na-          triumehlorid    und rührt sie kalt.

   Man filtriert  das gebildete Kondensationsprodukt ab, wäscht       es        mit.        1.0%iger        Natriumchloridlösung        neutral     und trocknet es.

      Das neue     Sulfonsäureamid    der     Anthrachi-          nonreihe    löst sich in Wasser mit leuchtender,       rotstichig    blauer, in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit blauer Farbe und färbt Wolle, Seide,       Tussah    und     synthetische        Polyamidfasern    in  lebhaften,     rotstichig    blauen Tönen von sehr  guter Walk-     und    Lichtechtheit.

   After adding 20 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 100 parts of 80% isopropyl alcohol, the condensation mass is stirred at 50 for 3 hours. The reaction mixture becomes water-soluble. The mass is then stirred for a further 2 hours at 80 in the reflux, 80 parts of sodium chloride are added and it is stirred while cold.

   The condensation product formed is filtered off and washed with. 1.0% sodium chloride solution neutral and dry it.

      The new sulfonic acid amide of the anthraquinone series dissolves in water with a bright, reddish blue, in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue color and dyes wool, silk, tussah and synthetic polyamide fibers in lively, reddish blue shades of very good mill and lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sulfon- säureamide,s der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol des nach der Schweizer Patentschrift Nr.295891 erhältli chen 1,4-Di - (2',6'-dimethyl) - pheny lamino- anthrachinondisulfonsäurechlorides mit 2 Mol 2-Aminoäthan-l-sulfonsäure kondensiert.
