  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 199466.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nitrofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  Nitrofarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     4-Aminopbenyl-l-          inethyltaurin    mit     1-Chlor-2,6-dinitrobenzol-          4-sulfonsäure    kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  230 Gewichtsteile 4 -     Aminophenyl    -     1-          methyltaurin    von der Formel:

    werden in wenig Wasser mit     Natriumcarbo-          nat    neutralisiert und in Gegenwart von 136  Gewichtsteilen kristallisiertem     Natriumacetat     mit 321 Gewichtsteilen 1- chlor- 2,6 - dinitro-         benzol-4-sulfonsaurem    Kalium einige Stunden  zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach beendeter Konden  sation wird der     Farbstoff    durch     Aussalzen     isoliert.  



  Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein brau  nes Pulver dar, das in Wasser mit brauner  Farbe leicht löslich ist und Leder in gelb  braunen Tönen gleichmässig durchfärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Nitro- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dä,ss man 4-Aminophenyl-l-methyltaurin mit 1- Chlor- 2,6-dinitrobenzol-4-sulfonsäure kondensiert. Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein brau nes Pulver dar, das in Wasser finit brauner Farbe leicht löslich ist und Leder in gelb braunen Tönen gleichmässig durchfärbt.
