Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B>     zum    Hauptpatent Nr. 297845.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Sulfonsäureamides    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Sulfon-          säureamides    der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches  darin besteht, dass man     1_Mol    1,4-Di-(2',4',6'       trimethyl)-phenylaminoanthrachinon-3',3'-di-          sulfonsäurechlorid    mit 2     Mol        2-Methylamino-          äthan-l-sulfonsätire    kondensiert.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       Man        verrührt        120        Teile        einer        30        %        igen     wässerigen Lösung aus     2-methylaminoäthan-l.-          sulfonsaurem    Natrium mit 318 Teilen einer  21     o/oigen    feuchten Paste des     1,4-Di-(2',4',-6'-          trimethyl)    -     pheny        laminoanthrachinon    - 3',     3'-di-          sulfonsäurechlorides,

      fügt der Suspension 80  Teile     Isopropylalkohol    und 20 Teile     Natrium-          bicarbonat    zu und rührt die Masse auf dem  Wasserbade 5 Stunden lang bei 50 . Man neu  tralisiert sie nun mit 6 Teilen konzentrierter       Chlorwasserstoffsäure    und destilliert davon,  nach Zugabe von 37 Teilen     Natriumehlorid,     den     Isopropylalkohol    ab.

   Bei 50  filtriert man  das Kondensationsprodukt aus der     zurückblei-          benden        Suspension        ab,        wäscht        es        mit.        5%iger          -_1        atriumehloridlösung    und trocknet es bei 110 .

      Das neue     Sulfonsäureamid    der     Anthra-          ehinonreihe    löst sich in Wasser mit blauer,  in     konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit grün  stichig blauer Farbe und färbt Wolle, Seide,       Tussah    und synthetische     Polyamidfasern    in  blauen Tönen von sehr     guter    Walk- und Licht  echtheit.
