Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B>     zum    Hauptpatent Nr. 297845.    Verfahren     zur        Herstellung    eines     Sulfonsäureamides    der     Anthrachinonreihe.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Sulfon-          säureamides    der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches  darin besteht, dass man 1     Mol.    des nach der  Schweizer Patentschrift     Nr.295891    erhältli  chen     1,4-Di    -     (2',6'-dimethyl)

      -     phenyla.mino-          anthraehinondisulfonsärarechlorides    mit 2     Mol          1.-Arnino-),4-dimethylbenzol-5-siilfonsäure    kon  clensiert.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile     Gewichtsteile.     



       Beispiel:     In eine Suspension     vors    26,5 Teilen     1-amino-          2,4-dimethylbenzol-5-sulfonsaurem    Natrium,  12 Teilen     Natriumbicarbonat    und 12 Teilen       Natriumehlorid    in 100 Teilen Wasser trägt  man innerhalb von einer Stunde bei 55 bis 60        eine    feuchte Paste des nach den Angaben der       S'ehweizer    Patentschrift     Nr.295891    aus 22,3  Teilen     1,4-Di-(2',6'-dimethyl)

  -phenylamino-          anthraehinon    erhältlichen     Disulfonsäureehlo-          rides    in kleinen Portionen ein und rührt die       Masse    36 Stunden lang weiter. Nach Ablauf  dieser Zeit löst sich eine Probe der Masse in  1     o/oif-er        Natriumearbonatlösung-    mit blauer  Farbe. Man fällt nun das Kondensationspro  dukt durch     Zugabe    von weiteren 12 Teilen       Natriumchlorid    zur     Kondensationsmasse    aus,  filtriert es, wäscht es und trocknet, es.  



  Der neue Farbstoff der     Anthraeliinonreilie     ist ein Gemisch aus Mono- und Dikondensa-         tionsprodukt;    er löst sich in Wasser mit  blauer, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  rotblauer Farbe und färbt Wolle, Seide,     Tus-          sah    und synthetische     Polyamidfasern    in leb  haften blauen Tönen von guter Walk-     und     Lichtechtheit.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sulfon- säureamides der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch . gekennzeichnet, dass man 1. Mol des nach der Schweizer Patentschrift Nr.295891 erhältli ehen 1,4-Di - (2',6'-dimethyl) - phenylamino- anthrachinondisulfonsärirechlorides mit 2 Mol 1-Amino-2,4-dimethylbenzol.-5-sulfonsäure kon densiert.
