Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren!  Farbstoffes der     Antbrachinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft. ein Verfah  ren zur Herstellung eines neuen sauren Farb  stoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe    und ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     1-amino-4-brom-          anthrachinon-2-sulfonsaures    Natrium mit     3-          (2'-Chlor-benzoyl)-amino-anilin    kondensiert.  



  Im folgenden Beispiel bedeuten Teile  Gewichtsteile.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,2 Teile     1-amino-4-brom-anthrachinon-2-          sulfonsaures    Natrium, 18,5 Teile     3-(2'-Chlor-          benzoyl)-amino-anilin,        7,5Teile        Natriumbikar-          bonat,    0,8 Teile     Kupferchlorür,    80 Teile     Iso-          propanol    und 160 Teile Wasser werden unter  Rühren während 2 Stunden auf 80  erhitzt.  



  Die blau gewordene Kondensationsmasse  wird auf übliche Weise aufgearbeitet und lie  fert nach dem Trocknen ein blaues Farbstoff  pulver, das sich in warmem Wasser klar blau  löst. Die Farbe der Lösung in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure ist hell blaugrün, beim Zusatz  von wenig     Paraformaldehyd    tritt ein Um  schlag nach tief grasgrün ein.  



  Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle, Seide  und andere tierische Fasern sowie künstliche  Fasern, wie z. B. Nylon, in schönen blauen  Tönen an. Die Färbungen sind von guter  Lichtechtheit, sehr guter Wasch- und Schweiss  echtheit und guter     Walkechtheit.

Der Farbstoff ist ein blaues Pulver, das sich in warmem Wasser klar blau löst. Die Farbe der Lösung in konzentrierter Schwefel säure ist hell blaugrün, beim Zusatz von wenig Paraformaldehyd tritt ein Umschlag nach tief . grasgrün ein.
