Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines lebhaften sauren     Egalisierungsfarbstoffes    der       Anthrachinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines lebhaften sauren       Egalisierungsfarbstoffes    der     Anthrachinon-          reihe    und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     1-Amino-4-chloranthrachinon-2,5-disul-          fonsäure    mit     1-Amino-4-methylcyclohexan     kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  11 Teile     l.-amino-4-chloranthrachinon-2,5-          disulfonsaures    Natrium, 20 Teile     1-Amino-4-          methylcyclohexan,    4 Teile Natronlauge     30,,     0,2 Teile Kupferpulver, 0,1 Teil     Kupferchlo-          rür    und 80 Teile Wasser werden unter Ein  leiten eines mässigen Stickstoffstromes wäh  rend 16 Stunden auf 60 bis 700 erhitzt. Die  blau gewordene Masse wird auf übliche Weise  aufgearbeitet und liefert ein blaues     Farb-          stoffpulver,    das sich in kaltem Wasser leicht  mit leuchtend     grünstichig    blauer Farbe löst.

    In konzentrierter Schwefelsäure löst es sich  farblos; beim Zusatz von wenig     Paraform-          aldehyd    tritt ein Farbumschlag nach rot  stichig blau ein.  



  Der Farbstoff färbt tierische Fasern, wie  Wolle, Seide usw., sowie künstliche Fasern,  z. B. Nylon, in lebhaften     reinblauen    Tönen    von guter Lichtechtheit, guten     Nassechtheiten     und ist von gutem     Egalisierungsvermögen.     



  Man kann die Kondensation auch unter  Einleiten eines Stickstoffstromes vornehmen.  Die Mengen an Amin,     Alkali    und Wasser  können in weiten Grenzen variiert werden.

The present patent relates to a process for producing a lively acidic leveling dye of the anthraquinone series and is characterized in that 1-amino-4-chloroanthraquinone-2,5-disulphonic acid is condensed with 1-amino-4-methylcyclohexane.



  <I> Example: </I> 11 parts of 1.-amino-4-chloroanthraquinone-2,5-disulfonic acid sodium, 20 parts of 1-amino-4-methylcyclohexane, 4 parts of sodium hydroxide solution 30, 0.2 parts of copper powder, 0 , 1 part of copper chloride and 80 parts of water are heated to 60 to 700 for 16 hours while introducing a moderate stream of nitrogen. The mass, which has turned blue, is worked up in the usual way and produces a blue dye powder that dissolves easily in cold water with a bright greenish blue color.

    It dissolves colorless in concentrated sulfuric acid; with the addition of a little paraformaldehyde, the color changes to red and blue.



  The dye dyes animal fibers such as wool, silk, etc., as well as artificial fibers, e.g. B. nylon, in vivid, pure blue tones of good lightfastness, good wet fastness and is of good leveling power.



  The condensation can also be carried out with the introduction of a stream of nitrogen. The amounts of amine, alkali and water can be varied within wide limits.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a lively acidic leveling dye of the anthraquinone series, characterized in that 1-amino-4-chloroanthraquinone-2,5-disulfonic acid is condensed with 1-amino-4-methylcyclohexane. The new dye is a blue powder that dissolves easily in cold water with a bright greenish blue color. It dissolves colorless in concentrated sulfuric acid; if a little paraformaldehyde is added, the color changes to a reddish blue.

The dye dyes animal fibers such as wool, silk, etc., as well as artificial fibers, e.g. B. nylon, in vivid, pure blue tones of good lightfastness, good wet fastness and is of good leveling power.
