Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn man     4-          Acetylamino-3    .     3'-dichlor-4-aminodiphenyl     mit     Acetessigester    kondensiert. Das neue  Kondensationsprodukt bildet ein weisses  Pulver, ist in     Ätzalkalien    löslich und ist ein  wertvolles Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung  von Farbstoffen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  29,5 Teile von in bekannter Weise her  gestelltem     4-Acetylatnino-3.3'-dichlor-4'-          arninodipltertyl    werden in einem geschlossenen  Apparat mit absteigendem Kühler in 200 Tei  len     Chlorbenzol    unter Rühren zum Sieden  erhitzt.

   In das schwach kochende Gemenge  tropft man innert etwa     '/s    Stunde 16 Teile       Acetessigester.    Man lässt noch etwa     1/z    Stunde  derart kochen, dass etwa 80 bis 100 Teile  Chlorbenzol     abdestillieren.    Man lässt erkalten,         nutscht    ab, treibt das anhaftende Chlorbenzol  durch     Wasserdampf-Destillation    ab und löst  den Rückstand in kalter, wässeriger alkoho  lischer     Natriumhydrogydlösung.    Aus dem  Filtrat erhält man durch Fällung und Trock  nen ein weisses Pulver.

  <I> Example: </I> 29.5 parts of 4-acetylatnino-3,3'-dichloro-4'-arninodipltertyl produced in a known manner are heated to boiling in a closed apparatus with a descending condenser in 200 parts of chlorobenzene with stirring .

   16 parts of acetoacetic ester are added dropwise to the slightly boiling mixture within about 1/2 hour. The mixture is left to boil for a further half an hour such that about 80 to 100 parts of chlorobenzene are distilled off. It is allowed to cool, suction filtered, the adhering chlorobenzene is driven off by steam distillation and the residue is dissolved in cold, aqueous alcoholic sodium hydrogen solution. A white powder is obtained from the filtrate by precipitation and drying.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 4-Acetylamino-3. 3'-dichlor- 4'-aminodiphenyl mit Acetessigester konden siert. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt bildet ein weisses Pulver, ist in Ätzalkalien löslich und ist ein wertvolles Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen.
