Versehlusseinrichtnng an Netallgefässen.
Locking device on Netall vessels. The subject of the claim of the main patent is a closure device on metal vessels, which is characterized by a hoop that is open at one point around the edge of the vessel at its opening and around the edge of the closure lid a toggle lever arrangement for tightening and closing the hoop.
With such devices it can happen that, due to play in the toggle lever arrangement when the device is closed, the ends of the tensioning hoop are not correctly moved towards one another, in particular if, as is the case, for example, with the subject of additional patent no. 200575, the gnie lever arrangement consisting of the pivot lever and handlebars allows a conversion of the point of application of the handlebars on the clamping tire.
In order to remedy that inconvenience, according to the invention in the switched between the ends of the hoop, consisting of swivel lever and handlebar toggle arrangement of the swivel lever in the vicinity of its provided at the end of the tension hoop rotation axis provided with a support cam, which is designed and arranged that it is supported on the edge of the lid during the closing movement, thereby ensuring that the ends of the hoop are correctly positioned against one another.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention of the type described in patent specification no. 200575, insofar as this is necessary for understanding the invention: FIG. 1 shows a fragment of the tensioning tire with inside the same lying toggle lever arrangement in the open state, FIG. 2 is a section to FIG. 1, with the device in use.
In the drawing, f is the tensioning hoop, which is approximately semicircular in cross section and which, as in the main patent, is attached from the outside around the edge of the metal vessel to its opening to be closed and around the edge of a closure cover c (FIG. 2) and on a Place is open, so that at this point it has two free ends that can be guided against one another as a result of the elasticity of the hoop.
At one end of the hoop f, a tab g is provided on the inside thereof, which serves as a bearing part for a pivot lever h linked to it at m. At the end of the tensioning hoop a tab g 'is attached on the inside, in which a curved curved slot n is provided, one end of which n' is closer to the pivot lever articulation point m than the other slot ends'. A link i is articulated on the pivot lever h at o, which engages with a pin <I> p </I> in the cam slot <I> n </I> of the tab <I> g '</I>, where it engages Has storage, and by means of the pin p in the relaxed state of the hoop f from one end of the cam slot n to the other end of the slot can be changed over.
If the handlebar pin <I> p </I> is in the slot end <I> n '</I> (Fig. 1), and the pivot lever h is rotated in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 1) to tighten and close the hoop , the ends of the hoops are finally pulled together except for a small gap in between.
If the handlebar pin p has been changed over to the slot end n $ before closing the lock, the ends of the tensioning hoop are drawn closer together by the same movements of the pivot lever h because the slot end n 'protrudes further from the pivot pin m of the pivot lever than the slot end n' , but otherwise the conditions remain unchanged. The closure is tightened accordingly.
In the final state, the pivot lever h is pushed under a locking hook s attached to the hoop (Fig. 1), which, like the pivot lever, is provided with a hole for applying a seal. In this state, due to the curved shape of the curved slot n and also the tension in the lock, the handlebar i can never change from one end of the slot to the other by itself.
In order to ensure that the tensioning hoops ends correctly against one another during the closing movement, the pivoting lever <I> h </I> is provided with narrow support cams h 'in the vicinity of its rotary axis <I> m </I>, which is designed and is arranged that it is supported during the closing movement on the edge of the cover c (Fig. 2) in order to: as a result of this support at a fixed point, the displacement of the tensioning hoop end g 'relative to the hooping hoop end y can take place in the correct manner.
