Fig. 1,3 bezw.
Closure on tightly locked doors or the like. The invention relates to a lock on tightly sealed doors or the like. And consists in that a system of rotatably mounted levers, distributed over the door circumference, engage at one end in fixed bearings and at the other end are hinged to a common clamping element are,, the whole .that, @that,
the door can be pressed tightly against the edge of the door opening on its entire circumference by actuating this single clamping element. The abutments can be formed on one side and the lever pivot points can be displaced in such a way that the entire lever system can be pivoted out of the abutments by rotating the same around the clamping element to open the door.
The levers can, however, also be linked to the tensioning element by means of a link system that allows longitudinal displacement of the same, as well as to fixed points on the doors by means of a further link system so that the levers after the tensioning element are released by further moving the tensioning element to open the door like a bolt the abutments are pulled out.
In the drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown.
Fig. 1, 3 and 5 is a view of the first, second respectively. third embodiment example; FIG. 2 is a section along line II - II of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a section along line IV-IV in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a section along line VI-VI in FIG. 5 in or Closed position,
the door and FIG. 7 a section along the line VII-VII of FIG. 5.
In FIG. 1, a is a circular door for the temporary closure of a coke cooling container b operated according to the dry process.
In order to be able to press the door airtight against the door opening of the container on its entire circumference by actuating a single organ, the same is provided with a system of rotatable and ver slidable levers d mounted on the bracket c, which radiate from the door center point with their outer ends protrude a little over the edge of the door.
At their inner ends, the levers are hinged to a common nut f by means of links e, which is movable on a screw spindle h which is rotatably attached to the door and provided with a handwheel g. In the closed position shown, the outer lever ends engage in bracket-like abutments i, which are arranged around the door opening on the coke cooling container.
In addition, the levers are close to their inner ends by further links k aasge steers to the door body in such a way that they move out of the bracket i against the screw spindle when the nut f is moved from left to right. If the screw spindle is turned by the handwheel so that the nut f moves to the left, the effect is that the door is pressed airtight against the container opening over its entire circumference by the lever.
If it is turned in such a way that the nut moves to the right, the outer ends of the levers d are pulled out of the brackets i so that the door can be opened easily.
For airtight closing of the door, which is then opened again and the container opening, it is then only necessary to move the nut f to the left again by turning the handwheel in the reverse direction, whereupon the outer lever ends first radially in:
the brackets move and are then swiveled axially so that they press against the abutment i, whereby the door edge is pressed evenly against the edge of the container opening.
In. FIGS. 3 and 4 show a similar door lock on a square door. Here, the levers d are forked, and each lever has a long inner lever arm and two short outer lever arms d,
_ and d. =, which engage in two abutments i . The bearings of the levers are arranged as two near two short lever arms slotted guides: out forms. In Fig. 4 the closure is shown in the Off position.
FIGS. 5 and 6 show a simplified embodiment intended for smaller doors. The door has a fixed screw spindle h, a rotatable nut f firmly connected to the handwheel, and a nut encompassing
provided by this but only axially removable cross piece l , to which the lever d are directly hinged.
The abutments i are, as shown in FIG. 7, as hooks open at the side, and the brackets c are so wide that the entire lever system can be pivoted around the screw by a certain amount.
The lock is shown in the closed position. If the handwheel is turned so that the nut f moves to the left in relation to Fig.
so levers and doors are stronger respectively against the abutments. the container pressed on and vice versa. To open the door, first move the nut f to the right by turning the handwheel,
that the levers only loosely engage in the abutment. Then the lever system is swiveled out of the abutments,
whereupon the door can be opened easily. It is reversed. For airtight closure of the door, which has been brought back into the closed position, the lever system is first swiveled into the abutment and then tensioned by turning the handwheel until the door comes to rest against the container opening with the necessary force.
