Für .diese Verschlüsse bestehen folgende Anordnungen: . a) Türe mit zwei Schieb- oder Drehrie geln, welche auf der Schlossseite der Türe angebracht sind; b) Türe mit vier Schieb- oder Drehrie geln, wovon zwei auf der Schlossseite und zwei auf der Bandseite der Türe angebracht sind, wobei ,die Riegel einzeln für sich be tätigt werden;

Joint and locking device between the sash and the frame of gas-tight lockable doors. When expanding gas-tight shelters and shelters, precautions must be taken that must comply with certain conditions and official regulations; For example, the closures of accommodation rooms should be completely gas-tight against increased external pressure. This condition is fulfilled in that the doors provided with a seal are pressed against the door frames with one or more locks.
The following arrangements exist for these closures:. a) Doors with two sliding or rotating latches, which are attached to the lock side of the door; b) Doors with four sliding or rotating latches, two of which are attached to the lock side and two on the hinge side of the door, the latches being actuated individually for themselves;
c) Doors with four sliding or rotating latches, in the arrangement as in b), but combined with a central lock through which all four latches can be operated with one lever handle.
These types of lock have the following disadvantages: The fact that the axis of rotation of the door is opposite the frame. is fixed for all times, causes the arrangement according to a) that the pressure of the door leaf when the elasticity of the sealing material on the hinge side decreases in a simple way cannot be increased. The door is therefore not completely gas-tight over its entire circumference.
With both doors according to b) there is the possibility that if the locks on the hinge side are inadvertently not opened when the door is opened, the latches on the hinge side can be damaged and made unusable.
In the case of the doors according to c) with a central lock, there is a risk that the safe functioning of the central lock can no longer be guaranteed if the door is bent as a result of any influences. In addition, the bolt must be fitted extremely precisely in order to achieve the same contact pressure over the entire circumference.
On the other hand, it is also known to seal the tightness of closure organs, such as. B. Lids to secure by means of bolt locks that you let the bolt act when closing with a tightening or in connection with an eccentric pressure means in order to ensure .the tight seal on! The seat surface.
The subject matter of the present invention relates to a hinge and locking device between the wing and the frame of gas-tight closable doors, which in the exemplary embodiment described below does not have any of the disadvantages mentioned above. It is characterized in that an eccentric in the form of an eccentric sleeve provided with a handle is arranged on each of the door hinges, which is removably pushed onto the hinge pin and enables the door leaf and its seal to be pressed onto the door frame.
The invention is explained with reference to the enclosed schematic drawings of the Näher, which represent, for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a gas protection door a front view; .
FIG. 2 shows, in elevation, part of the closure members of the door, including part of the latter, on a larger scale compared to FIG. 1; 3 shows the same detail in plan and section; FIG. 4 shows, on a larger scale, a door hinge with adjusting eccentric in section along line I-I of FIGS. 2 and 3.
a is the door frame, to which the closing flaps b are attached on one side and the eyes c with the hinge pins or hinge pins d on the other side.
e is the door leaf, on which the top and bottom of both sides of the door by means of a lever <I> f '</I> resp. <I> f "</I> operable rotary lock <I> f </I> and the parts g with the sleeve <I> h </I> of the door hinges are provided. I is a handle, k denotes the .der Door required elastic edge seal.
This is embedded in a dovetail-shaped profiled strip l fastened to the door leaf. On the door hinge sleeves <I> h </I>, the adjusting eccentrics <I> m </I> in the form of a sleeve, which is provided with a hand lever n, are placed on the pin d.
o denotes a peephole, p a gas purging opening, q an approach for the breaker rod for lifting the door leaf from its hinges.
The door is sealed gas-tight on the one hand by means of the rotary latches f, which can be provided with wedge tightening, and on the other hand by turning the adjusting eccentric m on the door on the opposite side to the rotary latches using the levers <I> n </ I > in the sleeves h,
by means of the hinge parts g the door leaf e respectively. to press its seal k firmly and tightly onto the frame a.
In Figure 4 it is also shown that the extension <I> r </I> res hinge pin <I> d </I> in a known manner eccentric to: this itself and arranged in the eye attached to the door frame men a c is mounted adjustable in the direction of rotation, the pin being lockable in its set position by a screw nut s on the threaded part <I> t </I> of the pin extension <I> r </I>.
By turning the pin <I> d, r </I> in the eye c by means of a pin inserted into the hole u, after the nut s has been loosened, the distance between the door hinge pin d and the frame a can be reduced or increased and so, if necessary, the tightening effect of the eccentric bushing m can be increased or decreased.
The device described has the following various advantages over the locking devices discussed under a) -c): It enables a relatively even pressure to be achieved over the entire circumference of the door, which can be set stronger or weaker as required can. The security of a gas-tight closure is thus largely guaranteed.
To open the door, only the one-sided rotating bolt must be operated who the. Damage to the eccentric locks as mentioned under b) is not possible, since they allow the door leaf to pivot in the open position in the locked state without any hindrance. The operation of such doors is therefore easier than with doors with four bolts.
The door is closed and pressed onto the frame with very little effort.
The device enables the door leaf to be lifted out in a vertical direction, since the eccentric bushing is loosely inserted over the hinge pin on each hinge.
