Description

Flachdosen, wie z. B. Puderdosen, bestehen aus zwei durch ein Gelenk miteinander verbundenen aufklappbaren Hälften. Sind diese Dosen nun von eckiger Gestalt, z. B. viereckig oder sechseckig, dann bietet die Anordnung dieses Gelenkes keine besonderen Schwierigkeiten, bleibt aber trotzdem für den Gebrauch der Dose unbequem und störend. Erhält die Dose aber, wie das zumeist der Fall ist, eine runde Form, dann macht die Anordnung des Gelenkes Schwierigkeiten. Dieses Gelenk'wurde so ausgebildet, daß es in das Innere der Dose verlegt wurde, was am besten dadurch ermöglicht wurde, daß man es als zweiachsiges Gelenk ausbildete, dessen beide Achsen durch eine Gelenkstütze verbunden waren. Die bekannten Gelenke dieser Art hatten aber keinen Selbstschluß, und der Deckel stand in der Offenstellüng nicht fest genug.
