Spültisch zum Abwaschen. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen #--;pültisoh zum Abwaschen, welcher aus einem Ausgussbecken und einem oder meh reren Spülbecken . und einem Abtropfbrett besteht. Die Spültischplatte und das Ab tropfbrett sind an die Becken angesetzt, so dass sie ein 'Stück bilden, wobei die hochge zogenen Ränder der Platte am Winkeleisen des Rahmens anliegen, an welchen sie durch ein Überbördelungsblech angeklemmt wer den, welches Blech unten einwärts abgebogen ist und so den Rahmen ohne Lötung ab schliesst.
Beiliegende Zeichnung veranschau licht eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes mit nur einem Spülbecken, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt des Spül tisches, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht desselhen, Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 2 und Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch den Rah men.
Nach ,der Zeichnung weist derSpültisch ein Ausgussbecken 1, ein Spülbecken 2 und ein Abtropfbrett 3 auf, alles durch einen Rahmen 10 getragen. Die Form der Becken ist zweckmässig eine runde, konische, wobei der Boden mit leichtem Gefälle versehen ist.
In dem Ausgussbecken, das einen offenen, nur mit einem ;Siebe versehenen Ablauf 4 enthält, ist ein Abwaschgefäss 5 eingesetzt, so, dass das Gefäss 5 mit den zwei Henkeln 6 auf der Spültischplatte 11 aufsitzt; dadurch kann das Gefäss 5 leicht entleert werden, in dem dasselbe gekippt wird, wobei die eine Seite der beiden Henkel als Drehkante dient. Da das Ausgussbecken 1 einen offenen Ab lauf besitzt, kann der Inhalt immer ablaufen. Das Spülbecken 2 besitzt ein Ventil 7, das geöffnet werden kann.
Es ist mit dem Aus- gussbeeken 1 durch einen Überlauf 9 verbun den, so dass unnötige Flüssigkeit des Spül- beckens 2 stets ablaufen kann und ein Über laufen ausgeschlossen ist. 3 ist das Abtropf- brett mit Gefäll gegen Spülbecken 2. Das Ausgussbecken, das Spülbecken und das Ab tropfbrett können aus beliebigem Material hergestellt sein, z. B. aus Chromnickelstahl usw.
Der Rahmen des Spültisches (siehe Fig. 4) besteht aus einem Winkeleisen 1.0 mit einer Holzeinlage 8, auf welche die Spül tischplatte 11 aufgesetzt ist. Die Spültisch platte 11 und das Abtropfbrett 3 sind an den Becken angesetzt, so dass sie ein Stück bil den, wobei die Ränder des Materials hoch gezogen sind und am 'v#rinkeleisen 10 an liegen. Diese Ränder werden durch das Über bördelungsblech 12 an den Rahmen 10 an geklemmt, gleichzeitig schliesst das Blech 12, das unten abgebogen ist, den Rahmen nach aussen ohne Löten ab.
Die Verwendung des Spültisches erfolgt folgendermassen: Das Ab waschgefäss 5 wird zuerst mit heissem Was ser gefüllt und dient zum Abwaschen des Geschirrs, während das Spülbecken 2 zum Abspülen benützt werden kann und das Tropfbrett 3 zum Abtropfen dient. Durch Kippen des Gefässes 5 kann dasselbe jeder zeit in das Ausgussbecken entleert werden und da der Ablauf desselben offen ist, kann das- Wasser ohne weiteres ablaufen. Durch den Überlauf 9 wird erreicht, dass die über flüssige Flüssigkeit im Spülbecken 2 ab läuft. Durch das Ventil 7 kann das Spül becken 2 entleert werden.
Sind mehrere Spülbecken vorhanden, so sind dieselben durch Überläufe unter sich verbunden und jedes ist mit einem Abschlussventil versehen.
Sink for washing up. The present invention relates to a rinsing device for washing up, which consists of a sink and one or more sinks. and a draining board. The sink top and the drip board are attached to the basin so that they form one piece, with the raised edges of the plate resting against the angle iron of the frame, to which they are clamped by a flanged plate, which plate is bent inwards at the bottom and so the frame closes without soldering.
The accompanying drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention with only one sink, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of the sink table, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the same, Fig. 3 is a cross section along the line AB of Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 men a cross section through the frame.
According to the drawing, the sink unit comprises a sink 1, a sink 2 and a draining board 3, all supported by a frame 10. The shape of the basin is expediently a round, conical, with the bottom being provided with a slight slope.
In the sink, which contains an open drain 4 provided with only one sieve, a washing-up vessel 5 is inserted so that the vessel 5 with the two handles 6 rests on the sink top 11; this allows the vessel 5 to be easily emptied by tilting the same, one side of the two handles serving as a rotating edge. Since the sink 1 has an open run, the content can always drain. The sink 2 has a valve 7 which can be opened.
It is connected to the pouring basin 1 through an overflow 9, so that unnecessary liquid from the sink 2 can always run off and overflow is prevented. 3 is the drip board with a slope towards the sink 2. The sink, the sink and the drip board can be made of any material, eg. B. made of chrome nickel steel etc.
The frame of the sink (see Fig. 4) consists of an angle iron 1.0 with a wooden insert 8 on which the sink table top 11 is placed. The sink plate 11 and the draining board 3 are attached to the basin so that they form a piece, the edges of the material being pulled up and resting on the iron 10. These edges are clamped to the frame 10 by the flanged plate 12, at the same time the plate 12, which is bent down, closes the frame to the outside without soldering.
The sink is used as follows: The washing vessel 5 is first filled with hot water and is used to wash the dishes, while the sink 2 can be used for rinsing and the drip board 3 is used to drain. By tilting the vessel 5, the same can be emptied into the sink at any time and since the drain is open, the water can easily run off. The overflow 9 ensures that the liquid overflows in the sink 2. Through the valve 7, the sink 2 can be emptied.
If there are several sinks, they are connected by overflows and each is provided with a shut-off valve.
