Description
Dampfwasserableiter mit zwei Ablaßventilen. Die bekannten Dampfwasserableiter haben den Nachteil, daß größere Dampfwassermengen, z. B. beim Überkochen oder Überspeisen der Kessel, diese nicht schnell genug abgeführt werden und deshalb die sogenannten Wasserschläge auftreten, die zur Zerstörung von Leitungen und Maschinen führen können. Zur Vermeidung dieses Übelstandes hat man bereits zwei Ventile vorgesehen, von denen das eine den Sitz des anderen bildet. Gemäß der Erfindung sind diese Ventile in besonderer Weise ausgebildet, indem das obere kleine Ventil mit einem Schwimmer verbunden ist, während das untere größere mit dem ersten durch einen Splint mit Spiel verbunden ist, derart, daß das Dampfwasser in kleinen Mengen durch das obere Ventil abgelassen wird, während zum Abführen plötzlich auftretender großer Mengen Dampfwasser das große Ventil sich öffnet.Steam trap with two drain valves.
