Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     Diogazinfarbstoffsulfosäure.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     Dioxazin-          farbstoffsulfosäure,    welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     2,5-Di-(N-äthylcarba-          zolyl-3'-amino-6'-sulfosäure)-3    .     6-dicblor-1.        4-          benzochinon        mitKaliumpermanganat    in Gegen  wart von Natronlauge behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       87Gewichtsteile        2,5-Di-(N-äthylcarbazolyl-          3'-amino-6'-sulfosäure)-3.        6-dichlor-1.        4-benzo-          chinon,    erhältlich aus     Chloranil    und     3-Amino-          (N)-äthylcar-bazol-6-sulfosäure    durch Umsetzen  in Alkohol oder     wässrigem    Alkohol in Gegen  wart von säurebindenden Mitteln, werden in  einem Liter Wasser gelöst.

   Zu der mit<B>10</B> cm'  konzentrierter Natronlauge versetzten braunen  Lösung gibt man 63 g Kaliumpermanganat  in fester Form oder in Lösung und verrührt  einige Zeit, bis eine in Wasser aufgenommene  Probe rein blau erscheint.     DieReaktionsmasse     wird darauf durch     Abfilteieren    vom Mangan-         dioxyd    befreit und letzteres nochmals mit  heissem Wasser ausgezogen. Die mit Koch  salz ausgefällte     Sulfosäure    wird     abfiltriert,     gewaschen und getrocknet. Sie färbt die  tierische, pflanzliche und     Viscose-Faser    sowie  gemischte Gewebe in echten klaren Blau  tönen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Dioxazin- farbstoffsulfosäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2,5-Di-(N-äthylcarbazolyl-3'-amino- 6'-sulfosäure)-3.6-dichlor-1.4-benzochinon mit Kaliumpermanganat in Gegenwart von Natron lauge behandelt. Die so erhältliche Dioxazinfarbstoffsulfo- säure färbt die tierische, pflanzliche und Viscose-Faser sowie gemischte Gewebe in echten klaren Blautönen. Claim: Process for the preparation of a dioxazine dye sulfonic acid, characterized in that 2,5-di- (N-ethylcarbazolyl-3'-amino-6'-sulfonic acid) -3,6-dichloro-1,4-benzoquinone with potassium permanganate in the presence of soda treated lye.
