Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellun-    eines wasserlöslichen     Nonoazofarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren be  schrieben, gemäss welchem ein neuer, wasser  löslicher, besonders zum Färben von     Acetat-          Heide    wertvoller     Monoazofarbstoff    durch  Kuppeln von     diazotiertem        p-Nitranil.in    mit  dein     Natriumsalz        des        Phenyltaurins,    in wäs  seriger     Natriumkarbonatlösung    erhalten wird.  



  Gemäss vorliegender Abänderung jenes  Verfahrens     wird        ein    wasserlöslicher,     beson-          dem    zum Färben von     Aeetatseide    wertvoller       Monoazofa.rbstoff        idadureh    hergestellt, dass  man     diazotiertes    2     :4-Dinitranilin    mit     N-i1          Butyl-N-ss-lry        droxy-y-sulfopropyl-m-toluidin     in wässeriger     Natriumacetatlösun.g    kuppelt.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  18.3 Teile 2 :     4-Dinitranilin    werden auf  bekannte Weise mit     Natriumnitrit    in kon  zentrierter schwefelsaurer Lösung     diazotiert.     Die durch Eingiessen der konzentrierten  schwefelsauren Lösung in     Eis    und Wasser  erhaltene wässerige Lösung der Diazoverbin-         ,dung    fügt man allmählich zu     einer        eiskalten     Lösung von 323 Teilen des     Natriumsalzes     des     N-n-Butyl-N-,B-hydroxy-y-sulfopropyl-m-          toduidins    in 4000 Teilen     13!6    Teile Natrium  aeetat enthaltenden Wassers.

   Gleichzeitig mit  der     Diazolösung        eetzt    man 40 %     ige    Natron  lauge in solchem Tempo zu, dass das Kupp  lungsmedium gegen     Kongorotpapier    neutral  oder schwach sauer gehalten wird. Von     Zeit     zu Zeit wird     Eis    hinzugegeben,     um,die    Tem  peratur auf 0     bis,5      C zu halten.

   Wenn die  gesamte     Diazolösung    zugesetzt ist, wird das       Kupplungs"c"emiisseh    mit     Atznatron    gegen  Lackmus     alkalisch    !gemacht, der Farbstoff  durch Filtrieren     abgesondert    und     darauf        mit     5%igem     Salzwasser    gewaschen und getrock  net. Er bildet     eindunkelbraunes    Pulver,       ,das    mit Wassereine violette, mit konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure     eine    scharlachrote  Lösung :gibt. In neutraler, 1 % Salz enthal  tender Flotte färbt er     Acetatrayon    in violet  ten Tönen.

    <I> Example: </I> 18.3 parts of 2: 4-dinitraniline are diazotized in a known manner with sodium nitrite in a concentrated sulfuric acid solution. The aqueous solution of the diazo compound obtained by pouring the concentrated sulfuric acid solution into ice and water is gradually added to an ice-cold solution of 323 parts of the sodium salt of Nn-butyl-N-, B-hydroxy-γ-sulfopropyl-m-toduidine in 4000 parts of water containing 13.6 parts of sodium acetate.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, wasserlöslichen Monoazofaebstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2 : 4- Dinitranilin mit N-n-Butyl-N-ss-hydro$y-y- sulfopropyl-m-toluidin kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff ist ein dunkelbraunes Pulver, wel- ches mit Wasser eine violette, mit konzen trierter Schwefelsäure eine scharlachrote Lösung ,gibt. Er färbt Acetatrayon in. violet ten Tönen.
