Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines lfüpenfarbstoffes. Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren, nach dem man einen neuen wertvollen Kü- penfarbstoff erhält, wenn. man 1 . 4-Di- amino-2-anthrachinonyl - 2' . 3'-anthr achinon- oxazol mit Benzoylchlorid umsetzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man ebenfalls einen neuen wertvollen Küpenfarbstoff er hält, wenn man 1 Mol 1.4-Diamino-2-anthra- chinonyl-2'. 3'-anthrachinonogazol mit 1 Mol Anthrachinon-2-carbonsäurechlorid umsetzt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine Mischung von 24 Teilen 1 .4-Di- amino-2-anthrachinonyl-2'. 3'-anthrachinon- oxazol, für das eine Herstellungsweise in dem Hauptpatent beschrieben ist, 500 Teilen Ni- trobenzol, 3 Teilen wasserfreiem Pyridin und 25 Teilen Anthrachinon-2-carbonsäurechlorid wird langsam auf<B>150'</B> C erhitzt. Man be hält diese Temperatur so lange bei, bis kein unveränderter Ausgangsstoff mehr nachweis bar ist.
Dann arbeitet man in der üblichen Weise auf und erhält so den Farbstoff in Form blauvioletter Nadeln, die sich in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit braungelber Farbe lösen und Baumwolle aus violetter Küpe in graublauen Tönen von ausgezeich neter Lichtechtheit färben.

<I> Example: </I> A mixture of 24 parts of 1,4-di-amino-2-anthraquinonyl-2 '. 3'-anthraquinone oxazole, for which a production method is described in the main patent, 500 parts of nitrobenzene, 3 parts of anhydrous pyridine and 25 parts of anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid chloride is slowly heated to 150.degree. This temperature is kept until no more unchanged starting material is detectable.
Then it is worked up in the usual way and the dye is obtained in the form of blue-violet needles, which dissolve in concentrated sulfuric acid with a brownish yellow color and dye cotton from a violet vat in gray-blue shades of excellent lightfastness.
