Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der     Safraninreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren  Farbstoffes der     Safraninreihe.    Es ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet,     dassman    die     11-Methyldiäthyl-          isorosindulin-l-sulforrsäure    mit Hilfe von     Bi-          sulfit    in die entsprechende     1,6-Disulfonsäure     überführt und diese mit     4-Aminomonomethyl-          anilin-2-sulfonsäure    umsetzt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       1/1o        Mol    der nach bekannten Verfahren  hergestellten     11-Methyldiäthylisor-osindulin-l-          sulfonsäure    wird mit Hilfe von     Bisulfit    in die  entsprechende     1,6-Disulforrsäure    übergeführt  und diese in wässeriger Lösung, unter Zusatz  von     Natriumacetat,    mit     1/1o        Mol        4-Amino-          morromethylanilirr-2-sulfonsäure    erwärmt.

   Der  erhaltene     Farbstoff    der Formel:

    löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure gras  grün, in Wasser klar blau. Er färbt Wolle  in klaren blauen Tönen von guten     färberischen     Eigenschaften. Insbesondere ist die Alkali  echtheit bedeutend besser als bei dem ent  sprechenden Farbstoff, der den Rest der     4-          Arrrino-di-rnethyl-anilin-2-sulfonsäure    in     6-          Stellung    enthält.

    dissolves grass green in concentrated sulfuric acid, clear blue in water. It dyes wool in clear blue tones with good dyeing properties. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Safraninreihe, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die 11-Methyldiäthylisoros- indulin-l-sulfor)säure mit Hilfe von Bisulfit in die entsprechende 1,6-Disulfonsäure über führt und diese mit 4-Aminomonomethylanilin- 2-sulfonsäure umsetzt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure grasgrün, in Wasser klar auf. Er färbt Wolle in klaren blauen Tönen von guten färberischen Eigen schaften.
