Shape watch movement. Shaped wristwatch movements, comprising a dial, the second circle of which is juxtaposed with the hour and minute circle, are known. The minute and hour hands are actuated by the large average and are located at the center of the latter's axis. The possibility of obtaining these two circles juxtaposed on the sufficiently large dial depends on a relatively large distance between the centers of the second hand and of the minute hand.
The drawback of the construction of the movement of these watches is the fact that they are relatively long in relation to their width, and that this length cannot be reduced without at the same time reducing the diameter of the motor barrel.
The object of the present invention is a shaped watch movement comprising a dial with a second turn juxtaposed with the hour and minute circle, in which the hour and minute hands are controlled by a friction-adjusted mobile. fat on the barrel. The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig.1 is a schematic view of the train of a movement seen from the side opposite the dial; Fig. 2 is a front view of the dial with the hands; Fig. 3 is a section through the movement along the broken line 9, B, C, D, E, F of FIG. 1.
The movement shown in fig. 1 is rectangular in shape with cut angles and contains a barrel 1 which drives the pinion 6 of the escape wheel through the intermediate pinion 2 and its wheel 3, and the intermediate pinion 4 and its wheel b.
On the barrel ï is the toothed wheel 7 fixed with greasy friction on an adjustment of the barrel cover. This wheel 7 turns a timer wheel 8 and the latter the wheel 9.
On the latter is fixed the minute hand while the hour hand is adjusted on the barrel wheel 10 actuated by the timing pinion 11. This movement contains two intermediate wheels between the barrel and the escape wheel. . But the movement could just as well contain three intermediate moving parts between the barrel and the escape wheel. The movement can be fitted with any escapement and a rocking or sliding pinion winder. The dial could instead of seconds turn and juxtaposed hour and minute turn, of circular shape, in, present any shapes, rectangular, square or others.
The axis of the escape channel and the axis of the barrel are arranged in the movement on the same side, outside the longitudinal axis of the movement. The axis of the balance and the axis of the barrel are disposed on opposite sides outside the longitudinal axis of the movement.
