Description

Process for the production of hardenable cement material for objects made of cement, e.g. B. floors, slabs, walls, artificial stones, foundations and for cement work of all kinds. As is well known, cement floors are not crack-free. As a result of the shrinkage of the material and other influences, even if the greatest care is taken during manufacture, very soon more or less large cracks that are unsightly and can also give rise to throwing.

The invention aims to produce hardenable cement material for objects made of cement, e.g. B. floors, platters, walls, artificial stones, foundations and for cement work of all kinds, the application of which excludes the unpleasant cracking. The method according to the invention is characterized in that cement and filling material are mixed with a bitumen emulsion. The filling material can be, for. B. sand, cork, sawdust, pumice, slag, asbestos flakes, wood fibers, wood shavings, peat, etc. use. An example mix ratio is z.

   B. the following: 1 part by volume of cement, 5 parts by volume of sand or cork and 1 part by volume of bitumen emulsion. These parts are mixed intimately with one another (without the aid of water, until the mass is plastically ready to be painted. After applying the mass to a surface in a more or less thick layer, it can be smoothed and smoothed. In about 24 hours it is hard then forms a crack-free, elastic, heat-resistant, sound-absorbing, waterproof layer of material that can be used as a finished floor, but also be sanded and used as a base for linoleum, summer floors, gork board floors, carpets, etc.

The material produced according to the inventive method can also be used for forming panels, for cladding or producing walls and the like, for producing artificial stones, foundation walls, and in general for cement work of all kinds.

Understandably, one is not bound to the mixing ratio given as an example; However, it is best to use about the same amount of 13itumen emulsion as cement.
