Klemmenvorriehtun; an Elektromotoren, insbesondere Kleinmotoren.
Clamp provision; on electric motors, especially small motors. The subject of the invention is a particularly for small electric motors usable clamping device, in which the Kletncnendeokel only two 180 vonein other removed mounting holes and the mounting base (z. B. the motor housing) has four 90 apart screw holes whose pitch circle diameter is the same the lid holes is.
The invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment. Fig. 1 shows the same partly in section and partly in elevation, Fig. 2 in plan and Fig. 3 also in plan, but without screwing the terminal cover and its fastening, while Figs. 4 and 5 show one for mounting on the new one The clamping device according to FIGS. 1 to 3 show usable pipe supports in elevation and plan.
The square terminal cover a is pressed onto the terminal box or the machine housing c by means of two screws b spaced <B> 180 '</B> apart, i.e. diagonally positioned, in order to close its terminal opening e. The four corner points of the lid a are podium-like, that is, the triangular lid deck surfaces f are lower than the actual, octagonal lid deck surface f '. Only two, diagonally lying cover cover surfaces f are provided with non-visible through holes for the cover screws b.
In contrast, the square frame surface g of the housing c enclosing the terminal opening e has a threaded hole h at each corner for receiving the cover screws b. The pitch circle diameter of these threaded holes h and that of the two, not visible cover holes are therefore the same. Approximately in the middle of the cover opening e is provided with six terminals i insulating Klem menbrett k, which is fastened by means of screws 7n on the cast on the housing c support bar n.
The pipe support o shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 has, in addition to the threaded bore or unthreaded bore p serving to accommodate the supply pipe or cable (not shown), two screw passage holes q, the distance between which stood with that of two adjacent threaded holes h (FIG. 3 ) matches. When building the pipe support o, the foot holes q are brought into line with any two threaded holes h located on one and the same side of the frame surface g. Then the pipe support o with the help of a screw is not provided, which is slightly shorter than the cover screw b, fastened on one side.
A cover screw b is used to fasten the other side, which naturally is only inserted into the relevant cover hole and the underlying hole q after the cover a has been slipped over and is screwed into the threaded hole h under the hole q. The second cover screw <I> b </I> is located in the third threaded hole <I> h </I>, while the fourth threaded hole h can be used to accommodate an earth screw.
The pipe or cable connection p can be laid on each of the four sides of the frame g, the cover a having to be screwed on together with the pipe support o in the manner described. The remaining free fourth threaded hole h always serves as the threaded hole to accommodate the grounding screw. The four threaded holes h thus serve 1. For screwing on the glemmendeckels a in four 90 different directions with the aid of only two screws b.
2. To screw on the pipe support o in four different directions by 90 using one of the two cover screws b and an additional retaining screw that secures the pipe support against impermissible displacement.
3. For screwing on the earthing screw. The connection of the new terminal device on any of the four sides is possible without the otherwise customary reworking (e.g. drilling and cutting a threaded hole) being necessary at the installation site of the motor concerned. The assembling and disassembly of individual parts is also made easier in that only a few fastening screws have to be used.
