Dans le mouvement suivant l'invention, le mouvement du barillet renfermant le ressort- moteur est retardé de façon que sa course totale, six tours, par exemple, s'effectue en plusieurs jours, par exemple en sept jours ou bien en quatre, cinq, six, huit jours, etc., au lieu de s'effectuer en un jour, la roue dentée du barillet étant reliée à l'échappe ment par un "train de finissage" comportant des jeux appropriés de roues et pignons, la minuterie comporte, interposé entre, d'une part, la roue dentée de minuterie du barillet renfermant le ressort moteur; et, d'autre part, une roue de chaussée portant l'aiguille des minutes et une roue de canon portant celle des heures, un;
Roskopf system timepiece movement, with inner barrel, for extended running. The invention relates to a Roskopf type timepiece movement. These movements, as is well known, differ in particular from the movements of other types in that they do not include a large average wheel for actuating the guillage, the latter being actuated directly by the. timer rotating with the barrel toothed wheel.
The object of the invention is to create a movement of this type, with a barrel arranged inside and with the usual Roskopf switch and pendulum which is capable of running for several days, for example seven days or even four, five, six or even eight, etc., and which functions in a manner similar to the Roskopf, @ inner barrel movements, known as "twenty-four hours", which, in fact, usually run for about thirty hours.
In the movement according to the invention, the movement of the barrel enclosing the mainspring is delayed so that its total stroke, six revolutions, for example, takes place in several days, for example in seven days or else in four, five. , six, eight days, etc., instead of taking place in one day, the toothed wheel of the barrel being connected to the exhaust by a "finishing train" comprising appropriate sets of wheels and pinions, the timer comprises , interposed between, on the one hand, the timer toothed wheel of the barrel containing the mainspring; and, on the other hand, a road wheel bearing the minute hand and a cannon wheel bearing the hour hand, a;
gear train comprising a central timer cog and an intermediate timer cog, the whole being provided and arranged so that the minute hand makes one revolution in one hour and that of the hours one revolution in twelve hours, the time-setting train comprises, between the time-setting pinion and the barrel timing gear, a reduction gear, said barrel timing wheel being mounted so as to be able to rotate in one direction or in the other relative to the barrel, without hindering the movement of the latter.
An embodiment of the object of the invention is shown schematically and by way of example in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 is an elevational view of the so-called "finishing" train transmitting the driving force to the exhaust; Fig. 2 is an elevational view of the movement switch train; Figs. 3, 4, 5, 6 , 7 are sectional views, respectively: of the barrel wheel; of the road wheel; of the central timer wheel, with its pinion; of the intermediate timer train; and of the cylinder timer wheel; The Fig. 8 is an elevational view of the time-setting train.
In these figures, 1 is the plate, 2 represents the bridges or a portion of the plate.
3 is the barrel which makes, for example, six revolutions in seven days, or other chosen number of days.
The toothed wheel 4 of the barrel transmits the driving force to the medium pinion 5 forming part of the wheel 6, which meshes with the intermediate pinion 7 forming part of the wheel -8 which, in turn, actuates the field pinion 9 of which the wheel 10 drives the pinion 11 of the escape wheel 27 (fig. 1). By this set of wheels and pinions, suitably calculated and arranged, we obtain, by the oscillations of the regulator or balance, the regular rate desired for one hundred and sixty-eight hours in the case, taken for example, of a watch " seven days".
As regards the switch train (fig. 2 @ to 7), the switch proper comprises a road wheel 12 integral with a barrel 15 (fig. 2 'and 4) centered on a pin 13 , and rotating freely around said pin, and a barrel wheel 14 integral with a barrel 16 (fig. 1 and 3) centered on the barrel 15 and rotating freely around said barrel 15. The barrel 16 of the wheel 14 carries the hour hand, and barrel 15 of wheel 12 carries the minute hand.
The mid nuterie wheel 17 of the barrel 3 controls a central timer gear formed by a pinion 18 which meshes with the timer wheel 17, and is integral with a wheel 19, this wheel 19 and the pinion 18 being centered, and rotating freely, on the pin 13. There is also provided, laterally, an intermediate timing gear formed by an assembly comprising a pinion 20 meshing with the central wheel 19, a wheel 21 meshing with the wheel of carriageway 12, and a pinion 22, grating with the barrel wheel 14.
The entire timer is designed and arranged so that the minute hand makes one revolution in one hour and that of the hours one revolution in twelve hours.
In this way, by a judicious choice of the number of teeth and wings of the wheels - and pinions, we bring back to normal the speed of the ordinary guillage which is controlled by a timer of the barrel. making six turns in one hundred and sixty-eight hours (in the example chosen) instead of six turns in twenty-four hours.
With regard to the time-setting train, it comprises the drive pinion 23 in engagement with the wheel 24 of an intermediate demulti-folding transmission, the pinion 25 of which meshes with the transmission wheel 26 actuating the wheel. timer 6 of barrel 3, the latter being mounted so as to be able to rotate in one direction or the other relative to the barrel without hindering the movement of the latter, as in Roskopf watches ", twenty-four hours "ordinary. The drive pinion 23 can be vertical or horizontal, fixed or movable in both directions.
It is understood that the invention is applicable ià all watches, clocks, alarms, etc., Roskopf system and escapement.
It is also of course also possible, without departing from the scope of the present invention, to imagine variants as well as improvements in details. For example, the finishing train could also have four appropriate wheels and pinions.
