Pont d'ancre.
La fig. 1 montre en plan un pont d'ancre pour montre ronde; La fig. 2 est une vue analogue dans la quelle les butées ont seulement une autre forme et oit est montrée une partie du grand plateau avec sa cheville; La fig. 21, est une coupe selon la ligne brisée II-II de la fig. 2; La fig. 3- est le plan d'un pont d'ancre pour montre dite "de forme";
La fig. 4 est un plan partiel d'un pont dit "ancre-roue", parce que les deux mobiles pivotent sous le même pont, et dont la coupe selon 1P-IV est montrée en fig. 4a; La fig. 5 est un plan d'une autre exécu tion d'un pont ancre-roue dont la coupe selon la ligne brisée V-V est donnée partiellement en fig. 5a;
Anchor bridge. The object of the invention is to take advantage, during the completion of the escapement, of the progress made in the manufacture of the anchor set and of the precautions taken, therefore, so that the escapement wheel and the small tray especially are well round on their respective axis.
With perfectly crafted sets and movements, it goes without saying that the particular end is removed if the fork stops are exactly located.
It is by taking this possible result into account, but also by admitting that small imperfections can occur both during the manufacture of sets and of movements and supplies, that the invention was realized.
It cannot be said that with the pins generally used to date to limit the path of the anchor, the precautions taken make it possible to guarantee the situation of these pins. It is for this reason that a solution has been sought which will ensure the exact position of the stops in question while retaining the possibility of a possible rapid adjustment, and therefore economical, as with the pins until now. employees.
The anchor bridge according to the invention carries the stops of the fork and is characterized in that these stops consist of two tabs taken from the material of the bridge itself, but outside the board thereof.
The drawing shows, by way of example, six embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows in plan an anchor bridge for a round watch; Fig. 2 is a similar view in which the stops have only another shape and where part of the large plate is shown with its peg; Fig. 21, is a section along the broken line II-II of FIG. 2; Fig. 3- is the plan of an anchor bridge for a so-called "shaped" watch;
Fig. 4 is a partial plan of a so-called "anchor-wheel" bridge, because the two mobile units pivot under the same bridge, and the section of which along 1P-IV is shown in FIG. 4a; Fig. 5 is a plan of another execution of an anchor-wheel bridge, the section of which along the broken line V-V is given partially in FIG. 5a;
La'fig. 6 is a plan of a bridge similar to that of the two preceding figures, the section of which is partially shown in FIG. 6a.
In the examples of fig. 1 and 2, the deck plank is designated by a and the heel by b. The elements of the bridge which ensure its orientation on the plate are, in these two cases, the two holes c, usually used as locations for the feet.
An opening d is provided in the heel of the bridge which leaves free passage for the fork e of the anchor, of which only a part can be seen, and which is pivoted at f. This clearance d is flanked by two tabs g which are made by milling the passage p, in the heel of the bridge; they are therefore without further height such that they can serve as stops.
The part of the two tabs g which limits the path of the fork is rectified and this in any known manner, either with a milling cutter or with a stamp, taking as a base the rectified holes of the feet and the location of the pad if necessary; the stamping should preferably be done simultaneously with the foot holes and the location of the pad. One can possibly arrange at the inner end of the tongues, on their useful part, as it is drawn in dotted lines in fig. 1, protrusions lt having sufficient material so that they still remain partially after grinding.
With a machine with two shafts, of the kind used to mill the locations of the levees at anchor, it will be easy to mill the passage forming the watchtower and to rectify at the same time, but towards the end, the part which serves as a stop by coupling two cutters of different diameter to each shaft. In the example of fig. 2 and 211, where parts similar to those of the preceding figure are designated by the same letters, the execution of the tabs only differs; the protuberances no longer exist, we rectified the entire inner face of the stops.
In the two examples, the tongues are substantially of the same height over their entire length. The position of their useful part relative to the pivoting center of the anchor can be fixed very exactly without excluding the possibility of a possibly necessary correction.
It should be noted that in these two examples the tongues have at their end a bevel i, concentric with the periphery of the plate, to increase security with the latter.
The example of fig. 3 offers nothing special than its shape.
In all the embodiments shown, the tongues g are taken outside the area occupied by the plank a of the bridge, delimited in the figures by the line x-y in. broken lines.
In fig. 4 and 4a, the stops cooperate with. parts of the fork near the base of the horns.
In the example shown in fig. 5 and 511, the tabs are provided to cooperate with the extension of the tenon t of an attached dart. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 6a, the height of the tabs g forming stops has been reduced. This is advantageous when the anchor is located quite below the deck plank; we obtain more manageable lan guettes and we increase the visibility of the trays.
With these latter bridges too, the die-stamping of the part of the stops limiting the travel of the fork, will preferably be carried out simultaneously with the elements which allow its perfect orientation on the plate, including the locations. bearings - plug, bezel or stone - anchor. and escape wheel. Usually the plank of anchor decks is rather thin, as it is usually only given just the thickness needed for the pad.
It is therefore understandable why we sought to obtain tabs-stops taken completely outside this board like those shown on all the anchor bridges of the drawings; in this way, they can have an equal height over their entire length, which makes it possible to give them a rather low thickness while guaranteeing them maximum resistance and elasticity.
