Description
Seamless insulating and underlay for linoleum, rubber, Norkett or parquet. The subject of the present invention is a seamless insulation and underlay bed against noise and cold for linoleum, inlaid, rubber, cork or parquet.
Underlay floors produced according to various known methods as a coating on concrete substrates, reinforced ceilings or wooden floors, for insulation against noise and cold, have the disadvantage that they insulate poorly, set slowly, harden and dry out, and cannot withstand greater local pressures without leaving permanent impressions Preserved and therefore also jump easily, making the linoleum, inlaid or rubber belao wavy, which causes uneven wear.
The jointless, quickly drying insulating and subfloor according to the invention consists of cork and a quickly hardening binder, such as. B. a magnesite compound. In order to prevent rot, it is advantageous to use impregnated cork, specifically fine cork. The impregnation takes place z. B. in such a way that the cork initially expands and an asphalt emulsion or hard pitch is added during the expansion.
Compared to previous linoleum underlays, this underlay has the advantage that it is exceptionally well insulated against noise and cold, dries out very quickly, i.e. within ten to 14 days, and is much more elastic, i.e. less prone to cracking and under heavy local loads does not get any lasting impressions and is therefore particularly suitable as a base for linoleum, inlaia, rubber, cork or parquet because it can be nailed to. Such coverings can be attached very soon after the underlay has been produced.
The underlay with fine z. B. with asphalt emulsion or hard pitch impregnated cork. Only a small amount of the binding agent is required, which favors the insulation and means that not a lot of water has to be brought into the building during the production of the sub-floor, which is particularly advantageous in winter. The underlay described can, for. B.
can be used as a smooth line in the method according to patent 166685 .
