Process for the production of front wood floors. The wooden paved floors known up to now have the disadvantage that: Their surface is rough and uneven, so that dirt and dust stick to the rough surface. They cannot be cleaned better than, say, pavement, so @that they are out of the question for places that have to be hygienically perfect.
The subject of the present invention is a method for the production of front wood floors, which is characterized in that wooden blocks spaced apart from one another by means of a binding agent are glued to a floor underlay, then after the binding agent has dried, the binding agent formed by the wooden blocks Grinds the surface, fills the spaces in between with a binding agent and finally, after the latter has dried, grinds the floor area thus formed again.
In this way you get a .beautiful, smooth and above all: permanent floor surface that can be jerked off like a parquet floor. In the following an embodiment of the method according to the invention is explained with reference to or attached to the drawing. Figure 1 is a cross section and Figure 2 is a plan view of the floor.
In Figs. 1 and 2 are .mit A wood cubes, which are laid to form an end-to-end wood floor at the front on a base C made of cement or concrete, leaving 8-8 mm wide inter mediate joints B in side-by-side arrangement. It is practical if these wooden cubes have a base area of 10 X 10 cm and a height of 4-10 cm.
To lay the cube A, first a 1 / c a: th layer of stone wood mass is applied to the base C, into which the wooden cubes A are inserted.
After the binding agent is dry, the surface formed by the wooden cubes A glued on in this way is sanded using a suitable device, after which the joints are also carefully filled with stone wood mass.
After a setting time of 3-5 days, during which the stone wood mass in the joints dries completely, the entire Bo-Jen surface is sanded again and can then, such as. B. a parquet floor or derglei chen, treated with floor wax or a similar product. Instead of stone wood, another binding agent, e.g. B. asphalt, and used for grouting wood cement.
In addition to the usual advantages of the wooden pavement floor such as: sound-absorbing, warm, insulating, the front wood floor described above has the following advantages: 1. It can be cleaned and waxed easily. Thanks to its smooth surface, it meets every hygienic requirement (dust-free, clean).
2. It is fire-proof to a certain extent, which means that the sanded wood surface makes the fire much less effective. By impregnating the cubes with water glass, the fire safety can be increased. By pouring stone wood into the intermediate joints, a stone wood capsule is formed around each cube, which prevents the fire from eating any further. 3.
Thanks to the smoothly sanded end-grain wood, the floor is almost indefinitely durable, even with the greatest use.
This floor is ideal for commercial premises.
