Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a mastic asphalt screed with terrazzo elements for use as immediately resilient, in particular walk-on floor and one made by the method Mastic asphalt screed.
- mastic asphalt is also used widely used in building construction. This turns mastic asphalt into resilient and non-slip, immediately accessible or accessible screeds, e.g. B. on parking decks and manufactured in industrial buildings.
- Typical properties and Uses of mastic asphalt are in the "Information on Gussasphalt ", ISDN 0172-3138, from the advice center for asphalt use e, V., Dottensdorfer Str. 86, 53129 Bonn
- mastic asphalt screeds are used because of their aesthetically unsatisfactory appearance usually with a opaque top covering, such as. B. tiles, parquet, carpeting or the like.
- a opaque top covering such as. B. tiles, parquet, carpeting or the like.
- the previously known in mastic asphalt screeds surface treatments eg. B. the application of fillers or plastic coatings, the Do not significantly improve the appearance of the screed in the aesthetic sense.
- Terrazzo is a material with an aesthetically pleasing appearance often as flooring in apartments, entrance halls of commercial buildings and the like are used. With such floors, terrazzo elements are in a screed, which is usually made of cement.
- the Typical disadvantages of cement screeds affect production Previously known terrazzo floors: So cement screeds z. B. because of Brittleness of the material is usually not laid seamlessly, but. must be provided with expansion joints arranged at regular intervals be to the occurrence of cracks, for example as a result of thermal Avoid fluctuations. This expansion joint pattern is often called Perceived impairment of the visual appearance of the floor.
- the floor needs to dry out. During this period, the in usually between several days and a few weeks, the Floor is not yet used.
- This task is accomplished by a method of manufacturing a Mastic asphalt screed solved with terrazzo elements of the type mentioned at the beginning, and through a mastic asphalt screed made by the method
- the mineral aggregates in the asphalt mixing plant be added.
- the invention is but not limited to this; it can also be much larger Grain sizes or smaller grain sizes can be used. I.e. maximum 50% of the ready-mixed mastic asphalt mass consists of split elements.
- filling can now be carried out on the screed be applied.
- This consists of a self-curing Two-component PU sealing and which has the function that the Surface is stabilized and hardened, so that during subsequent grinding the stones in the surface do not break out.
- hard PU mass becomes the surface of the asphalt still significantly hardened and stabilized. So it's a Hardening layer.
- the filler is about 2 to 3 mm thick applied and has a much higher hardness than the mastic asphalt screed itself.
- the leveling compound has the advantage that any existing Shrinkage cracks in mastic asphalt are compensated for when the Mastic asphalt screed in the direction of the minerals embedded there arise. These joints are hereby filled out. So it's about an anchoring layer, which the in the mastic asphalt surface embedded minerals anchored and stabilized.
- the PU filler can be colored with appropriate color pigments become. It will e.g. black, white, red or with other colors, to give an additional color impression of the one that was later completed Surface compared to the mastic asphalt screed underneath receive. In the majority of cases, however, this becomes a black PU compound used to make a not too strong color deviation from that To reach asphalt yourself.
- the Filler made of PU material is not applied immediately, but that the mastic asphalt is first sanded on the surface becomes.
- the Some of the terrazzo elements contained there break out and thereby re-emerge Open cavities arise at the top. These cavities are now aligned with the one above described two-component PU compound closed and then the ground surface is then treated.
- the screed is sealed with the PU material mentioned , it is ground for the first time with a rough diamond wheel.
- a grinder is used, which preferably three against each other has running grinding wheels, in the manner of a planetary drive run against each other, as is known with the floor polishing machines. It is therefore preferred not to use single-disc machines, but rather Multi-disc machines because they guarantee a better face lift.
- the diamond disc has a coarse grain of 10 to 40 grit. With this The first time the surface is sanded for the first time by an amount of approximately 1 to 3 mm removed. The PU mass previously used for sealing is removed again for the most part, so that only the fixation of the Terrazzo elements remain in the screed over the PU mass.
- the second grinding step is carried out with the same grinding machine but with Grinding wheels with a grain size of approx. 120.
- the third grinding step takes place preferably with grinding wheels with a grain size of 220 and the last one Grinding is preferably carried out with a grain size of 400.
- the specification of the grain depends on the desired gloss the later finished floor. If a matt floor is to be achieved, the last sanding step was not carried out with a grain size of 400, but instead only with a grain size of 220.
- the surface is wet cleaned between each sanding cycle and that Grinding also only takes place when wet, i.e. the Diamond grinding machines work with water supply.
- the finished surface gets well wet cleaned, e.g. with a pressure washer or Floor cleaning device based on the wet vacuum principle.
- the ground mastic asphalt waxed and with a hard wax so that a gloss can be achieved can.
- the application of the wax layer can, depending on the requirements of the Surface texture can be done once or twice.
- a plastic seal can also be used be used, e.g. with a two-component PU clear coat or the like.
- the clear coat can be chosen so that it is resistant to oil, chemicals and petrol.
- Such a floor is mainly installed in kitchens in front of this floor protect against the action of appropriate chemicals and fats.
- the edge of the screed can be in the direction to the room wall via various measures; it was already already mentioned that a permanently elastic joint is possible. You can do the same however, skirting boards are laid.
- Such baseboards can even be made of the same mastic asphalt material are produced, which are then already finished as skirting boards be provided.
- the mastic asphalt floor thus obtained is of a terrazzo floor with a Cement screed can no longer be distinguished, but is in the manufacturing costs much cheaper. It costs only 1/3 of the cost of one per square meter Cement floor with appropriate terrazzo elements and is the same well resilient and can therefore be laid over a large area, seamless was previously not possible with the previously known stone terrazzo floors. These could only be laid over a small area and had to be between them Do not have expansion joints to avoid tearing open the floor avoid expected places.
- Aluminum rails can be dispensed with, as at intervals of about 2 to 2 m conventional stone terrazzo floors must be installed.
- the advantage of the method according to the invention is also that the mastic asphalt screed can be continued with appropriate plates made of the same material.
- Such panels can be cast and sanded already in the manufacturing plant and they can then be laid together with the same-colored and identical-looking mastic asphalt screed.
- ascending slabs from the new mastic asphalt screed that hit the mastic asphalt screed and are used, for example, for cladding pieces of furniture, bathtubs and the like.
- These slabs can be pushed openly onto the finished and finished mastic asphalt screed and thus continue the screed into the room.
- these slabs can also be poured into the still hot casting compound of the poured asphalt screed and therefore firmly bonded to the poured asphalt screed. she then grow out of the mastic asphalt screed.
- An advantage of the floor according to the invention is that it is because the use of a mastic asphalt screed instead of a cement screed after a few hours, and not after several days is hardened and can be loaded. Furthermore, the invention Flooring the advantages of good thermal insulation typical of asphalt screeds and high sound insulation.
- the mastic asphalt of the floor according to the invention is a mixture of in contains mineral substances graded as aggregates, is the screed dense and non-porous and therefore offers no cavities in which Bacteria, microbes or vermin.
- the floor according to the invention is comparatively high punctiform Take up loads without external deformation.
- ground floor according to the invention is compared easy to care for a common mastic asphalt screed and corresponds thus the requirements of cleanliness and hygiene in living areas.
- the manufacture of such a device according to the invention is particularly simple Floor when the terrazzo elements of used as aggregates Mineral chips are formed.
- there is no mixing in separate terrazzo elements in the mastic asphalt since that in the mastic asphalt anyway used mineral aggregate, e.g. B. moraine, gabbro, basalt, Granite or quartzite chips form the terrazzo elements. Choosing one Certain splits are essentially aesthetic.
- Different materials for the terrazzo elements can be selected for different optical designs of the floor according to the invention:
- the production of a floor according to the invention with a "classic terrazzo effect" can be carried out by providing stones as terrazzo elements. This also includes the case of using marble terrazzo elements.
- special optical effects e.g. B. special light reflections
- pieces of metal are provided as terrazzo elements or that pieces of glass are provided as terrazzo elements.
- a high vacuum bitumen is provided as bitumen.
- This binder of mastic asphalt, also known as hard bitumen gives the screed particularly high strength.
- the installation of the floor according to the invention in the building can be done with a particularly inexpensive embodiment in such a way that it on a Separation layer, e.g. B. a layer of raw glass fleece, directly on the raw floor is relocated.
- a Separation layer e.g. B. a layer of raw glass fleece
- the mastic asphalt screed according to the invention with Terrazzo elements but also be built into the building in such a way that it is on a heat and / or soundproofing underlay is laid.
- the case is the favorable heat and sound insulation properties of the Mastic asphalt reinforced by the layer below.
- the thickness of the mastic asphalt screed according to the invention with terrazzo elements can be selected according to the expected load on the floor. It typically has a thickness between 25 mm and 35 mm.
- the good thermal insulation and impact sound insulation properties of the Mastic asphalt screed according to the invention with terrazzo elements can be further improved in that it is designed as a floating screed is.
- the floor according to the invention does not have a fixed one Connection with adjacent components, e.g. B. walls or pipes.
- Edge strips e.g. consisting of corrugated cardboard or mineral wool between Mastic asphalt and wall is installed before the sanding of the Mastic asphalt soil must be removed and replaced instead water-repellent PU foam is placed in the space to to protect the underlying thermal insulation from moisture from above.
- the inventive Floor immediately loaded a few hours after its manufacture, be committed in particular. But it is also possible that after the above described wet grinding of the floor according to the invention on his Surface of a post-treatment layer is provided.
- Such a layer can further improve the aesthetic serve floor according to the invention.
- the post-treatment view is a polished wax layer contains to give the floor a special shine.
- the mastic asphalt screed 10 is on a base 12 laid, which in turn on a raw floor 14 of the building is appropriate.
- the pad 12 may be a release liner, e.g. B. from raw glass fleece, his.
- the intermediate layer 12 act a heat and / or impact sound insulation layer.
- the warmth and Impact sound insulation properties of the mastic asphalt screed 10 according to the invention are thereby further reinforced, e.g. B. for use in Residential buildings.
- Mastic asphalt screed 10 designed as a floating screed, d. H. he owns no direct contact with the side walls 16 of the building, but is isolated from these by margin positions 18.
- These marginal positions 18 can be formed, for example, from water-repellent PU foam, which not only creates sound bridges between the screed 10 and the side walls 16 is prevented, but also the risk of Moisture penetration into the screed 10 via the side walls 16 is reduced.
- FIG. 1 is not to scale Post-treatment layer 20 on the screed 10.
- this aftertreatment layer 20 can be expediently around a polished wax layer, the one the floor gives a special shine, or is an anti-slip layer.
- asphalt screed 10 can additionally or aftertreatment layer 20 alternatively contain impregnating and / or sealing agents, whereby the Floor as required from oil, petrol, certain chemicals, etc. can be protected to prevent damage from such substances avoid and thus increase the life of the floor.
- Fig. 2 shows a sectional side view of an inventive Mastic asphalt screed 10, in which the terrazzo elements 10B ', 10C' partially of the mineral splinters 10B used as aggregates with typical Grain sizes between 2 mm and 5 mm and a typical mass fraction of approx. 35% of the screed and partly from additional ones. about the Screed volume distributed parts 10C are formed. Both types of parts 10B and 10C are homogeneously distributed over the screed volume because they are in front of each other pouring the screed 10 into the poured asphalt, and are solid in the surrounding mixture 10A of bitumen, filler and sand involved. Filler and sand refer to that for mastic asphalt Minerals with grain sizes of less than approx.
- Fig. 3 shows a screed 10, in which the Terrazzo elements only from those used as aggregates Mineral chips 10B 'are formed. It is this Embodiment so a mastic asphalt screed, in which after Cool and solidify the bitumen layer, which is smoothed with Has formed surface boards by wet grinding with a Diamond grinding machine has been removed as long. until the anyway Mastic asphalt provided mineral chips 10B flat on the surface are finally exposed and thus visible as terrazzo elements 10B ' become.
- the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is particularly simple manufacture, since the additional terrazzo elements 10C 'before casting the Mastic asphalt screed 10 can be mixed into the mastic asphalt, the However, material for the additional terrazzo elements 10C 'does not become effective used because only a fraction of the parts mixed into the mastic asphalt lOC actually actually on the surface of the screed 10 as Terrazzo elements 10C 'can be seen. Be for the extra Terrazzo elements 10C 'inexpensive fabrics, such as. B. ordinary stones, Pieces of metal or pieces of glass are provided, this "waste" to be accepted. In the case of aesthetically appealing Mastic asphalt screeds 10 according to the invention, in which, for. B. marble stones as additional terrazzo elements 10C 'are used However, avoid waste.
- Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of an inventive Mastic asphalt screed 10, in which such waste is avoided, by not having the additional terrazzo elements 10C 'before casting the Screed 10 have been mixed into the mastic asphalt, but after Pour inserted into the surface of the still warm mastic asphalt and light have been pressed.
- Such a screed 10 is also after cooling and solidify until the additional inserted Finish the terrazzo elements 10C 'flat with the surface of the screed 10.
- This grinding process also removes mineral chips 10B, the originally only in the volume of the surface with a closed Bitumen layer produced screed were present, plan finally the surface of the screed 10 exposed as terrazzo elements 10B '.
- the Mastic asphalt screeds according to the invention 10 always as in the mastic asphalt Supplements contain mineral chips 10B flat on the surface finally exposed.
- the mineral chips 10B When looking at an inventive Mastic asphalt screed 10 therefore form the mineral chips 10B on the The surface is always a homogeneous distribution of terrazzo elements 10B '.
- the overall visual appearance of the screed 10 can be by Arrangement of the additionally inserted terrazzo elements 10C ' design different ways.
- FIG. 5 shows a top view of a mastic asphalt coating according to the invention 10, in which not only the mineral chips 10B ', but also the additional terrazzo elements 10C 'homogeneously over the surface of the screed are distributed.
- a homogeneous distribution of the elements 10C results in the embodiment of a screed 10 shown in Fig. 2, in which the Elements 10C 'before pouring the screed 10 into the poured asphalt have been mixed in, inevitably.
- the appearance of the screed 10 according to the invention becomes essentially in such a case by the size relationships between the mineral splinters 10B 'and additional terrazzoelaments 10C ', the ratio of their concentrations as well as their possibly different colors, Reflective properties and the like designed.
- the mastic asphalt screed 10 with terrazzo elements 10B ', 10C' is not on the use in living rooms described here as an example, Limited to commercial or industrial buildings. Rather, it can everywhere) can be used where there is an aesthetically pleasing, seamless Flooring made of readily available materials is required, which is already short Resilient, in particular accessible, is after the installation and at which later mechanical due to extreme local loads Damage can be eliminated by regrinding. His Can also be used for patios, garden paths, parking lots and the like. Furthermore come as additional in the screed 10th inserted terrazzo elements 10C 'not only the stones mentioned by way of example, Pieces of metal or pieces of glass in question, rather parts can be made of them any material that is required for grinding can be used Has minimum hardness. So z. B. also the use of appropriate Plastic parts possible as additional inserted terrazzo elements 10C '.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a mastic asphalt screed with terrazzo elements for use as immediately resilient, in particular walk-on floor and one made by the method Mastic asphalt screed.
This turns mastic asphalt into resilient and non-slip, immediately accessible or accessible screeds, e.g. B. on parking decks and manufactured in industrial buildings. Typical properties and Uses of mastic asphalt are in the "Information on Gussasphalt ", ISDN 0172-3138, from the advice center for asphalt use e, V., Dottensdorfer Str. 86, 53129 Bonn
In residential construction, however, mastic asphalt screeds are used because of their aesthetically unsatisfactory appearance usually with a opaque top covering, such as. B. tiles, parquet, carpeting or the like. One of the reasons for this is that the previously known in mastic asphalt screeds surface treatments, eg. B. the application of fillers or plastic coatings, the Do not significantly improve the appearance of the screed in the aesthetic sense.
Terrazzo is a material with an aesthetically pleasing appearance often as flooring in apartments, entrance halls of commercial buildings and the like are used. With such floors, terrazzo elements are in a screed, which is usually made of cement. The Typical disadvantages of cement screeds affect production Previously known terrazzo floors: So cement screeds z. B. because of Brittleness of the material is usually not laid seamlessly, but. must be provided with expansion joints arranged at regular intervals be to the occurrence of cracks, for example as a result of thermal Avoid fluctuations. This expansion joint pattern is often called Perceived impairment of the visual appearance of the floor. On another problem in the production of cement screeds is the long time the floor needs to dry out. During this period, the in usually between several days and a few weeks, the Floor is not yet used.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a method for producing a To provide floor that has the high aesthetic value of a Terrazzo flooring offers the disadvantages of a cement screed avoids.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gußasphaltestrichs mit Terrazzoelementen der eingangs genannten Art gelöst, und durch einen nach dem Verfahren hergestellten GußasphaltestrichThis task is accomplished by a method of manufacturing a Mastic asphalt screed solved with terrazzo elements of the type mentioned at the beginning, and through a mastic asphalt screed made by the method
The basis of the entire process is that a mastic asphalt screed with Mineral aggregates are mixed.
For this purpose it is provided that the mineral aggregates in the asphalt mixing plant be added. There are mineral aggregates in one Grain size range between about 3 to 8 mm used. The invention is but not limited to this; it can also be much larger Grain sizes or smaller grain sizes can be used. I.e. maximum 50% of the ready-mixed mastic asphalt mass consists of split elements.
This is done after pouring the mastic asphalt screed onto the Unfinished floor, said ornaments in the still hot surface be pushed in. These substances sink into the hot mastic asphalt mass and harden with the mastic asphalt mass so that it fixes in this mass are.
Nach diesen beiden Einbaumethoden erfolgt nun die Fertigbearbeitung des Gußasphaltestrichs nach folgenden Verfahrensschritten:After these two installation methods, the final machining of the Mastic asphalt screed according to the following process steps:
In a first embodiment, filling can now be carried out on the screed be applied. This consists of a self-curing Two-component PU sealing and which has the function that the Surface is stabilized and hardened, so that during subsequent grinding the stones in the surface do not break out. Through this (after hardening) hard PU mass becomes the surface of the asphalt still significantly hardened and stabilized. So it's a Hardening layer. The filler is about 2 to 3 mm thick applied and has a much higher hardness than the mastic asphalt screed itself. The leveling compound has the advantage that any existing Shrinkage cracks in mastic asphalt are compensated for when the Mastic asphalt screed in the direction of the minerals embedded there arise. These joints are hereby filled out. So it's about an anchoring layer, which the in the mastic asphalt surface embedded minerals anchored and stabilized.
The PU filler can be colored with appropriate color pigments become.
In a second embodiment of the invention it is provided that the Filler made of PU material is not applied immediately, but that the mastic asphalt is first sanded on the surface becomes. As a result, it can happen that the Some of the terrazzo elements contained there break out and thereby re-emerge Open cavities arise at the top. These cavities are now aligned with the one above described two-component PU compound closed and then the ground surface is then treated.
Es schließen sich dann drei bis vier Schleifgänge an.This is followed by three to four grinding cycles.
So if the screed is sealed with the PU material mentioned , it is ground for the first time with a rough diamond wheel. It will here a grinder is used, which preferably three against each other has running grinding wheels, in the manner of a planetary drive run against each other, as is known with the floor polishing machines. It is therefore preferred not to use single-disc machines, but rather Multi-disc machines because they guarantee a better face lift.
The diamond disc has a coarse grain of 10 to 40 grit. With this The first time the surface is sanded for the first time by an amount of approximately 1 to 3 mm removed. The PU mass previously used for sealing is removed again for the most part, so that only the fixation of the Terrazzo elements remain in the screed over the PU mass.
It goes without saying that instead of the previously mentioned two-component PU filler other fast curing fillers can be used, e.g. a one-component plastic-coated Cement filler.
The second grinding step is carried out with the same grinding machine but with Grinding wheels with a grain size of approx. 120. The third grinding step takes place preferably with grinding wheels with a grain size of 220 and the last one Grinding is preferably carried out with a grain size of 400.
Of course, the specification of the grain depends on the desired gloss the later finished floor. If a matt floor is to be achieved, the last sanding step was not carried out with a grain size of 400, but instead only with a grain size of 220.
The surface is wet cleaned between each sanding cycle and that Grinding also only takes place when wet, i.e. the Diamond grinding machines work with water supply.
After the last sanding step, the finished surface gets well wet cleaned, e.g. with a pressure washer or Floor cleaning device based on the wet vacuum principle.
After the surface has dried, the ground mastic asphalt waxed and with a hard wax, so that a gloss can be achieved can. The application of the wax layer can, depending on the requirements of the Surface texture can be done once or twice.
Instead of the wax used, a plastic seal can also be used be used, e.g. with a two-component PU clear coat or the like.
For special requirements, the clear coat can be chosen so that it is resistant to oil, chemicals and petrol.
Such a floor is mainly installed in kitchens in front of this floor protect against the action of appropriate chemicals and fats.
As already stated above, the edge of the screed can be in the direction to the room wall via various measures; it was already already mentioned that a permanently elastic joint is possible. You can do the same however, skirting boards are laid.
Such baseboards can even be made of the same mastic asphalt material are produced, which are then already finished as skirting boards be provided.
The mastic asphalt floor thus obtained is of a terrazzo floor with a Cement screed can no longer be distinguished, but is in the manufacturing costs much cheaper.
So it can be on the brass or known with stone terazo floors Aluminum rails can be dispensed with, as at intervals of about 2 to 2 m conventional stone terrazzo floors must be installed.
The advantage of the method according to the invention is also that the mastic asphalt screed can be continued with appropriate plates made of the same material. Such panels can be cast and sanded already in the manufacturing plant and they can then be laid together with the same-colored and identical-looking mastic asphalt screed. In this way, it is possible to use ascending slabs from the new mastic asphalt screed that hit the mastic asphalt screed and are used, for example, for cladding pieces of furniture, bathtubs and the like. These slabs can be pushed openly onto the finished and finished mastic asphalt screed and thus continue the screed into the room. However, in order to achieve an even better anchorage, these can also be poured into the still hot casting compound of the poured asphalt screed and therefore firmly bonded to the poured asphalt screed. she then grow out of the mastic asphalt screed.
This creates a completely new aesthetic impression of space, because that Floor material then continues up into the room, as it were was previously not possible with the well-known stone terrazzo floors.
The advantage of such plates is that they are spherical can be deformed and therefore particularly stimulating Spatial forms, starting from the ground asphalt screed in the Space can be placed.
An advantage of the floor according to the invention is that it is because the use of a mastic asphalt screed instead of a cement screed after a few hours, and not after several days is hardened and can be loaded. Furthermore, the invention Flooring the advantages of good thermal insulation typical of asphalt screeds and high sound insulation.
It also contains mastic asphalt made with bitumen as a binder no moisture, so unlike laying a cement screed no more moisture is brought into a building, but in the Quite the opposite. that released from the mastic asphalt during cooling Heat the necessary drying of surrounding water-containing building materials and components of the building is funded.
Since the mastic asphalt of the floor according to the invention is a mixture of in contains mineral substances graded as aggregates, is the screed dense and non-porous and therefore offers no cavities in which Bacteria, microbes or vermin.
By the firmly embedded in the mastic asphalt screed and for the purpose of better accessibility with the surface of the mastic asphalt screed flat finally ground terrazzo elements according to the invention Floor not only the required aesthetic appearance, but also one increased resistance and wear resistance. In particular, can the floor according to the invention is comparatively high punctiform Take up loads without external deformation. During cement screeds frequently due to its brittleness when subjected to high point loads break and mastic asphalt screeds in this case due to their softness often give in to the load and "sink" at the pressure point in the floor according to the invention on the surface of the screed plan finished terrazzo elements made of one material high strength are made, absorb high punctiform loads and to the softer mastic asphalt that surrounds them over their proportions Pass on a large contact area inside the screed. Because of the high Mineral aggregate volume in the screed receives a much higher one Resilience as a mastic asphalt screed of a conventional type, without Admixture of mineral aggregates. The floor according to the invention thus combines the hardness of a terrazzo cement floor with the high one Resilience of a mastic asphalt screed.
In addition, the ground floor according to the invention is compared easy to care for a common mastic asphalt screed and corresponds thus the requirements of cleanliness and hygiene in living areas.
The manufacture of such a device according to the invention is particularly simple Floor when the terrazzo elements of used as aggregates Mineral chips are formed. In this case, there is no mixing in separate terrazzo elements in the mastic asphalt, since that in the mastic asphalt anyway used mineral aggregate, e.g. B. moraine, gabbro, basalt, Granite or quartzite chips form the terrazzo elements. Choosing one Certain splits are essentially aesthetic.
Different materials for the terrazzo elements can be selected for different optical designs of the floor according to the invention:
For example, the production of a floor according to the invention with a "classic terrazzo effect" can be carried out by providing stones as terrazzo elements. This also includes the case of using marble terrazzo elements.
To achieve special optical effects, e.g. B. special light reflections, it is also possible that pieces of metal are provided as terrazzo elements or that pieces of glass are provided as terrazzo elements. Depending on the expected load on the floor, it can be provided that a high vacuum bitumen is provided as bitumen. This binder of mastic asphalt, also known as hard bitumen, gives the screed particularly high strength.
The installation of the floor according to the invention in the building can be done with a particularly inexpensive embodiment in such a way that it on a Separation layer, e.g. B. a layer of raw glass fleece, directly on the raw floor is relocated.
Alternatively, the mastic asphalt screed according to the invention with Terrazzo elements but also be built into the building in such a way that it is on a heat and / or soundproofing underlay is laid. In this The case is the favorable heat and sound insulation properties of the Mastic asphalt reinforced by the layer below.
The thickness of the mastic asphalt screed according to the invention with terrazzo elements can be selected according to the expected load on the floor. It typically has a thickness between 25 mm and 35 mm.
The good thermal insulation and impact sound insulation properties of the Mastic asphalt screed according to the invention with terrazzo elements can can be further improved in that it is designed as a floating screed is. In this case, the floor according to the invention does not have a fixed one Connection with adjacent components, e.g. B. walls or pipes.
This is ensured in such a design by a Edge strips, e.g. consisting of corrugated cardboard or mineral wool between Mastic asphalt and wall is installed before the sanding of the Mastic asphalt soil must be removed and replaced instead water-repellent PU foam is placed in the space to to protect the underlying thermal insulation from moisture from above.
As above, as an advantage of using mastic asphalt over the Use of cement has been explained, the inventive Floor immediately loaded a few hours after its manufacture, be committed in particular. But it is also possible that after the above described wet grinding of the floor according to the invention on his Surface of a post-treatment layer is provided.
Such a layer can further improve the aesthetic serve floor according to the invention. In such a case, e.g. B. be provided that the post-treatment view is a polished wax layer contains to give the floor a special shine.
The invention is explained below using preferred exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing. It shows:

Fig. 2 zeigt eine geschnittene Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen
In
ca.8 mm und 16 mm.Fig. 2 shows a sectional side view of an inventive
As a special case of a
The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is particularly simple

Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen
Bitumenschicht hergestellten Estrichs vorhanden waren, plan abschließend an
der Oberfläche des Estrichs 10 als Terrazzoelemente 10B' freigelegt.Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of an inventive
unterschiedliche Weise gestalten. As the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4 show, the

Reflexionseigenschaften und dergleichen gestaltet.5 shows a top view of a mastic asphalt coating according to the
In
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4. where the additional

hier beispielhaft beschriebene Verwendung in Wohnräumen,

The
