Description
Method for producing a heat and sound insulating sub-floor The invention relates to a method for producing a heat and sound insulating Subfloor for pavement by laying an elastic insulation layer over a solid ground, e.g. B. a solid ceiling, and overlaying a pressure distribution layer made of thin building boards. Since the insulation layer should lie on a flat surface, However, the surface of the solid ceiling is usually relatively uneven these bumps are evened out. It is known to compensate for this to be carried out with dried sand. However, this has the disadvantage that it is because of its dryness moisture from the possibly not yet completely set Solid ceiling sucks, which it then partially to the overlying, made of panels or Gives off existing insulation layer. Another disadvantage of the sand leveling layer still consists in the fact that the sand later, when the building has dried out, through the pressure surges occurring when walking on the floor in the joints between the Insulation boards or insulation mats rise to the top, between the pressure distribution layer and sets the pavement and attacks it.
The object on which the invention is based now consists in using a method of the type mentioned above, an insulating layer is applied to the solid ceiling to raise. which at the same time also fulfills the function of a leveling layer.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the insulating layer is applied in the form of an earth-moist mortar made of fibrous material or the like and a synthetic resin binder, preferably 15 to 25 mm thick.
For floors with lower demands in terms of heat and Noise protection are provided, the screed can also be made with a bitumen additive will.
If, however, particularly high requirements are placed on the sound-absorbing Properties of the floor are put, it is beneficial before application To put an insulating layer on the solid surface of the insulation layer.
In the drawing, a floor produced by the method according to the invention is shown in cross section.
The insulating layer 2 is applied to the solid ceiling 1 in the form of an earth-moist mortar made from fiber and synthetic resin binder. For use as a fiber material, insulation materials are suitable, such. B. peat, cork, hemp, flax, while any water-insoluble synthetic resin can be used as a binder, which ensures a good adhesive effect. The mortar formed from fibrous material and binder is applied to the mostly uneven solid ceiling 1 by means of gauges and peeled off evenly. The thickness of the insulation layer 2 is preferably between 15 and 25 mm , depending on the requirements that are placed on the subfloor with regard to heat and sound insulation. Water is not used in the manufacture of the mortar. After about 6 to 8 hours, the insulation layer 2 is hardened and can be walked on. The insulation layer 2 is permanently elastic and does not bring any moisture into the floor construction. The pressure distribution layer 3 made of thin building boards with a thickness of about 5 to 6 mm is then laid loosely on the insulating layer 2. It is used to accommodate a walking surface 4, such. B. linoleum, sheets or sheets of polyvinyl chloride, bitumen-bound asbestos sheets, parquet or the like.
