Fugenloser Fussbodenbelag.

Seamless floor covering.
There are already known seamless floor coverings made of rough plasterboard on both sides, which are provided on the surface with a coating of magnesia cement and a leaning material. However, these floor coverings have several disadvantages. On the one hand, practice has shown that magnesia or sorell cement does not adhere to plaster; In addition, the plasterboard cannot prevent the undesirable effects that the chlorine magnesium lye in Sorell cement exerts on the iron structures of the substructure located under the floor covering.
The present invention aims to overcome these shortcomings. For this purpose, the seamless floor covering is manufactured in such a way that both the panels and the top coat are made of stone wood mass (wood and Sorell cement). This ensures that, on the one hand, the overcoat forms a coherent whole with the underlying panels after production and that, on the other hand, the magnesium chloride solution present in the Sorell cement of the overcoated is retained on the dry stone wood panels.
In the practical execution of the procedure, dry, stable and stress-resistant

Usually, the overcoat m penetrates the joints located between the panels and connects to the panels in such a way that these and the overcoat form a uniform passage after joining. If there is excess magnesium chloride in the overcoat, it will be removed from the porous stone wood

The floor produced in this way is dependent on the sub-floor, so that cracks that appear in the masonry ceiling do not affect the floor formed by the panels and the spread.
