Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Netz-,     Reinigungs-    und     Emulgiermittels.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines Netz-,     Reinigungs-    und       Emulgiermittels    beschrieben. Das vorlie  gende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung  eines Netz-,     Reinigungs-    und     Emulgiermit-          tels,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     Ri-          cinolsäure-isopropylglykolester    mit einem       Sulfurierungsmittel    behandelt.  



       Beispiel:     In 300 Teile Schwefelsäure von 66       B6     werden bei --15 bis - 5   C unter gutem  Rühren<B>100</B> Teile     Ricinolsäure-isopropylgly-          kolester    eingetragen. Die im Wasser klar  lösliche     Sulfiermasse    rührt man in ein Ge  misch von 600 Teilen Eis     und    200 Teilen  gesättigter Natriumsulfatlösung. Nach er  folgter Schichtentrennung neutralisiert man  die     Sulfosäure    mit konzentrierter     .Sodalösung.     



  Das neue Produkt stellt ein hellgelbes 01  von gutem Netzvermögen dar. Es ist gegen    hartes Wasser, sowie gegen verdünnte Säu  ren und Alkalien beständig.

The sulphonation mass, which is clearly soluble in water, is stirred into a mixture of 600 parts of ice and 200 parts of saturated sodium sulphate solution. After the layers have separated, the sulfonic acid is neutralized with concentrated soda solution.



  The new product is a light yellow 01 with good wetting properties. It is resistant to hard water as well as to diluted acids and alkalis.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Netz-, Reinigungs- und Emulgiermittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man R.icinolsäureisopTo- pylglykolester mit einem Sulfurierungsmittel behandelt. Das neue Produkt ist ein hellgelbes 01 von sehr hohem Netzvermögen. Es ist gegen hartes Wasser, sowie gegen verdünnte Säu ren und Alkalien beständig. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sulfierung bei nie derer Temperatur ausgeführt wird.
