Description

  

      Teilaltreii    zur Herstellung     eiiies        WoHfarbstoffes    der     Aiithraeliinonreibe.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Wollfarb-          stoffes    der     Authrachinonreihe,    dadurch ge  kennzeichnet,     dass    man     1-amino-4-(p-amiilo-          1)hetiyl)-amiiio-aiithi-achinoi)-2-sulfosaures    Na  trium mit einem     Chloracetylierungsmittel     kondensiert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein blauschwarzes,  in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver dar. Die  Farbe der Lösung in Schwefelsäure ist blau  grün, die Färbung auf Wolle aus saurem  Bade ist klar blau.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       33,2kg        1-amiiio-4-(p-amit)opheliyl)-amiiio-          aiitlirtichiiioi#-2-sulfosaures    Natrium werden in  <B>5000</B> Liter Wasser gelöst, auf<B>0-10 '</B> abge  kühlt und zu der Lösung unter gutem Rühren  20     Gewichtsteile        Chloracetylchlorid    'bei stets  schwach alkalischer Reaktion     zugetropft.    (Zu  satz von Soda oder     Natriumacetat.)    Die Farbe  der Lösung schlägt dabei nach     rotstichig    blau    um. Der entstandene Farbstoff wird     ausge-          salzen    und getrocknet.  



       Zu    demselben Farbstoff gelangt man,  wenn man     1-amino-4-(p-aminophenyl)-amino-          anthrachinon-2-sulfosaures    Natrium mit     Chlor-          essigsäureanhydrid    behandelt.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Woll- farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreifie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-amitio-4-(p-amit)o- ,phenyl)-amino-anthi,achinon-2-stilfosaui,es Na trium mit einem Chloracetylierungsmittel kondensiert. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ei n blauschwarzes, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver dar.
