Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines basischen Produktes.    In der Hauptanmeldung wurde ein Ver  fahren zur Gewinnung eines wertvollen basi  schen Produktes durch Umsetzung von Ver  bindungen, die das Radikal der Ölsäure  enthalten; wie Ölsäure selbst beziehungsweise  deren Chlorid,     Amid,        Anhydrid    oder Ester  mit     p-p-Diäthylaminoäthogyanilin    beschrieben.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man zu  einem Produkt mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften  gelangt, wenn man in gleicher Weise Ver  bindungen, welche das Radikal der     Palmitin-          säure    enthalten, wie     Palmitinsäure    selbst       beziehungswoise    deren Chlorid,     Amid,    An  hydrid oder Ester mit     afiym.        Äthyldiäthyl-          aminoäthyl-p-phenylendiamin        umsetzt.     



  Das so erhaltene     p-Äthyl-diäthylär,ino-          äthylamino    -     palmitinsäureanilid    stellt eine  wachsähnliche Masse vom Schmelzpunkt 45    dar. Es ist in Wasser unlöslich, löslich in  organischen Lösungsmitteln. In Form seiner  Salze ist es     wässerlöslich.    Das Monochlor  hydrat kristallisiert in Form weisser     Drusen       vom Schmelzpunkt     8111.    Die neue     Verbindung     besitzt in Form ihrer Salze grosse Schaumkraft  und soll als     Emulgator    in der     Kautschuktechnik,     ferner als Lösungsvermittler und ebenfalls  zu therapeutischen Zwecken verwandt werden.

    <I>Beispiel</I>  64,7     gr        asym.        Athyldiäthylaminoäthyl-p-          phenylendiamin    in 450 cm' trockenem Aceton  werden mit 75     gr        Palmitinsäurechlor-id    in  250 cm' Aceton allmählich versetzt. Nach  dem Abkühlen kristallisiert das Monochlor  hydrat der neuen Verbindung in weissen       Drusen    vom Schmelzpunkt 81  . Mit Alkali  wird die freie Base mit dem     Schmelzpunkt     45   erhalten.

The new compound has great foaming power in the form of its salts and is intended to be used as an emulsifier in rubber technology, as a solubilizer and also for therapeutic purposes.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines basischen Produktuz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Verbindungen; die das Radikal der Palmitin- säure enthalten, mit asym. Ätbyldiäthyl- aminoäthyl-p-phenylendiainin kondensiert. Das so erhaltene p-Äthyl-diäthylamino- äthylamino - palmitinsäureanilid stellt eine wachsähnliche Masse vom Schmelzpunkt 45 dar. Es ist in Wasser unlöslich, löslich in organischen Lösungsmitteln. In Form seiner Salze ist es wasserlöslich.
