Description
ltraftfalirzeug, das mindestens einen zum Antrieb dienenden Elektromotor aufweist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Kraft fahrzeug, das mindestens einen zum Antrieb dienenden Elektromotor aufweist und bei welchem ein der Chassislänge nach sich er streckender, in der Mitte des Wagens an geordneter, rohrförmiger, den Wagenrahmen ersetzender Träger vorgesehen ist, an dem die Treibräder auf und ab bewegbar ange ordnet sind. Der Erfindungsgegenstand zeich net sich dadurch aus, dass das Gehäuse jedes zum Antrieb dienenden Elektromotors einen Teil des rohrförmigen Trägers bildet.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt.
Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die beiden Treibräderpaare 1 und 2 in an sich bekannter Weise auf Halbachsen ge lagert, die an den Differentialgehäusen 3 und 4 schwenkbar angelenkt sind. Der Antrieb der Räderpaare 1 und 2 erfolgt durch in den schwenkbaren Halbachsen gelagerte Wellen 5 und 6. Die Differentialgehäuse 3 und 4 bilden in an sich bekannter Weise einen Teil des rohrförmigen Trägers, dessen Hauptteile aus zweckmässig nahtlos gezogenen Rohren 7 und 8 bestehen. Dieser Träger erstreckt siele der Chassislänge nach und ist in der Wagen mitte angeordnet. Er ersetzt den Wagen rahmen.
Das Gehäuse des zum Antrieb der Räder paare 1 und 2 dienenden Elektromotors 4T ist freitragend am hintern Differential gehäuse 4 mittelst Flanschen befestigt und bildet eine Fortsetzung des rohrförmigen Trägers. Zur Übertragung der Bewegung von dem Motor auf das hintere Räderpaar 2 und auf das vordere Räderpaar 1 dient eine in dem Träger gelagerte Welle. Zwischen den beiden Treibachsen ist kein Differential angeordnet, da die Achsendistanz keine grosse ist. Dabei ist natürlich zwischen den zwei Treibachsen kein selbsttätiger Aus gleich vorhanden.
Der Elektromotor könnte auch zwischen dem mittleren Räderpaar 1 und dem hintern Räderpaar 2 oder zwischen dem mittleren Räderpaar 1 und dem Lenkräderpaar 9 an geordnet werden. Auch in diesen Fällen würde das Motorgehäuse einen Teil des rohr- förmigen Trägers bilden und die Motorwelle die Räderpaare 1 und 2 antreiben.
Ferner könnte unter Fortfall einer in dem Träger 7 gelagerten Übertragungswelle für jedes der beiden Räderpaare 1 und 2 je ein Elektromotor vorgesehen sein, von denen der eine zweckmässig in der dargestellten Weise oder zwischen den beiden Räderpaaren 1 und 2 angeordnet wird, während der andere zweckmässig zwischen den beiden Räder paaren 1 und 2 oder zwischen den Räder paaren 1 und 9 angeordnet wird. Ein selbst tätiger Ausgleich zwischen den Treibachsen ist dabei ohne ein drittes zwischen den zwei Treibachsen angeordnetes Differential. mög lich.
Die Erzeugung der zur Speisung des Elektromotors M dienenden Stromes erfolgt zweckmässig durch einen Generator G, dessen Gehäuse gleichfalls einen Teil des rohrförmi- gen Trägers bildet. Der Generator G wird durch einen Verbrennungsmotor 10 an getrieben, der am vordern Teil 11 des rohr- förmigen Trägers freitragend befestigt ist. Falls erforderlich, ist in dem Gehäuseteil 11 ein Übersetzungsgetriebe zwischen dem Motor 10 und dem Generator G eingefügt.
Falls kein Übersetzungsgetriebe erforderlich ist, kann die Anordnung so erfolgen, dass der Verbrennungsmotor 10 direkt an dem vor- dern Flansch des Generatorsgehäuses be festigt wird, wobei also das Generator gehäuse den vordersten Teil des Trägers bil det. Statt des Verbrennungsmotors 10 und des Generators G könnte zur Speisung des Elektromotors M auch eine Akkumulatoren batterie Verwendung finden, die zweckmässig in leicht auswechselbarer Weise an der Stelle angeordnet würde, die bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch den Verbren nungsmotor 10 eingenommen wird.
Die Lage rung des Rotors des Motors<B>IN</B> bezw. des Generators G erfolgt in den mit den Enden der Gehäuse verbundenen Deckeln mz, n und g, g die einen Teil des rohrförmigen Trägers bilden.
Es könnten die auf der einen Wagenseite angeordneten zwei Treibräder von einem Elektromotor angetrieben werden und die auf der andern Wagenseite angeordneten Treib räder von einem andern Elektromotor, wobei die Verwendung von Differentialen vollkom men vermieden werden könnte. Es wird da bei zweckmässig der eine Motor vor den bei den Treibachsen angeordnet, während der andere Motor hinter den beiden Treibachsen angeordnet wird. Es können dabei die Achsen der beiden Motoren, von denen die eine die linken und die andere die rechten Treibräder antreibt, ohne Schwierigkeit dicht nebenein ander angeordnet werden.
Es hat sich her ausgestellt, dass man bei Wagen mit vier dicht beieinander liegenden Treibrädern auf einen Ausgleich der beiden, auf einer Wagenseite liegenden Räder überhaupt ver zichten kann und nur für die Fahrten in einer Kurve zwischen den beiden, auf der einen Seite des Wagens liegenden Treib rädern und den beiden, auf der andern Seite des Wagens liegenden Treibrädern eine Aus gleichmöglichkeit zu schaffen braucht. Es können Kraftfahrzeuge, die keinen zum An trieb dienenden Elektromotor aufweisen, die aber mit einem röhrenförmigen, in der Mitte angeordneten Träger versehen sind, in ein facher Weise umgebaut werden.
Es braucht nur das Wechselgetriebe durch den Genera tor ersetzt und an einer beliebigen Stelle der zum Antrieb dienende Elektromotor ein gefügt zu werden.
Die Anlenkung der schwenkbaren Vor derachsen kann beim Ausführungsbeispiel an einem oder an mehreren der folgenden Teile erfolgen: dem Zwischengetriebe 11, dem Generator G oder dem Deckel g des Genera- tors. Das Fahrzeug könnte natürlich auch nur eine Treibachse aufweisen.
