  Elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einem in der Längsmittelebene des Wagens angeordneten, das Fahrgestell bildenden rohrförmigen Träger. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung für Kraftfahrzeuge. bei welcher ein in der Längsmittelebene des Wagens angeordneter rohrförmiger Träger das Fahrgestell des Wagens bildet, an dem die Treibräder auf und ab beweglich angeordnet sind. 



  Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf solche Fahrzeuge der vorstehend angegebenen Art, bei welchen der zur Speisung des Motors dienende Strom durch einen Generator geliefert wird, der seinerseits durch einen Verbrennungsmotor od. dgl. angetrieben wird. 



   Die Erfindung besteht insbesondere darin, dass das Motorgehäuse oder das Generatorgehäuse einen Teil oder eine Fortsetzung des rohrförmigen Fahrgestells bildet. 



   Bei Kraftfahrzeugen mit mehreren Antriebsachsen kann gemäss der Erfindung für jede Achse je ein Motor Verwendung finden, von denen jeder einen Teil oder eine Fortsetzung des rohrförmigen Fahrgestells bildet. Diese Anordnung hat gegenüber der Verwendung nur eines Motors den Vorteil, dass ein selbsttätiger Ausgleich zwischen den beiden Wellen ohne Verwendung eines Ausgleichgetriebes stattfinden kann. Bei der praktischen Ausführung hat man bisher im allgemeinen auf einen Ausgleich zwischen den beiden Treibradwellen durch Verwendung eines dritten Ausgleichgetriebes verzichten müssen, da sonst beim Gleiten nur eines der vier Antriebsräder die drei andern Räder zum Stillstand kommen. 



   In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt. 



   Die beiden Treibräderpaare 1 und 2 sind in an sich bekannter Weise auf Halbachsen gelagert, die an den Ausgleichgetriebegehäusen 3 und 4 schwenkbar angelenkt sind. Der Antrieb der Räderpaare 1 und 2 erfolgt durch in den Halbachse gelagerte Wellen 5 und 6. 



  Die Ausgleichgetriebegehäuse 3 und 4 bilden in an sich bekannter Weise einen Teil des rohrförmigen Fahrgestells, dessen Hauptteil aus zweckmässig nahtlos gezogenen Rohren 7 und 8 besteht. 



   Das Gehäuse des zum Antrieb der Räderpaare 1 und 2 dienenden Elektromotors M ist bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel frei tragend am hinteren Teil des hinteren Ausgleichgetriebegehäuses 4   zweckmässig   mittels Flanschen befestigt und bildet eine Fortsetzung des rohrförmigen Fahrgestells. Zur Übertragung der Bewegung von dem Motor auf das vordere Räderpaar 1 dient eine in an sich bekannter Weise in dem Rohr 7 gelagerte Welle. 



   Der Motor könnte auch zwischen dem mittleren Räderpaar 1 und dem hinteren Räderpaar 2 oder zwischen dem mittleren Räderpaar 1 und dem vorderen Lenkräderpaar 9 angeordnet werden. Auch in diesen Fällen würde das Motorgehäuse einen Teil des rohrförmigen Tragkörpers bilden. 



   Ferner könnte unter Fortfall einer in dem Rohrteil 7 gelagerten Übertragungswelle für jedes der beiden Räderpaare 1 und 2 je ein Motor vorgesehen sein, von denen der eine zweckmässig in der dargestellten Weise oder zwischen den beiden Räderpaaren 1 und 2 angeordnet wird, während der andere zweckmässig zwischen den   beiden Räderpaaren- ! und   oder zwischen den Räderpaaren 1 und 9 angeordnet wird.

   Die Erzeugung des zur Speisung des Elektromotors dienenden Stromes erfolgt zweckmässig durch einen Generator G, dessen Gehäuse gleichfalls einen Teil des rohrförmigen . Fahrgestells bildet. Der Generator   G wird durch   einen Verbrennungsmotor 10 od. dgl. angetrieben, der am vorderen Teil 11 des rohrförmigen Fahrgestells in an sich bekannter Weise frei tragend befestigt ist. Falls erforderlich, ist in dem   Gehäuseteil   ein Übersetzungsgetriebe zwischen dem Motor 10 und dem Generator G eingefügt. Falls kein Übersetzungsgetriebe erforderlich ist, kann die Anordnung so erfolgen, dass der Verbrennungsmotor 10 direkt an dem vorderen Flansch des Generators G befestigt wird.

   Statt des Verbrennungsmotors 10 und des Generators G könnte zur Speisung des Elektromotors if auch eine Akkumulatorenbatterie Verwendung finden, die zweckmässig in leicht auswechselbarer Weise an der Stelle angeordnet wurde, die bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch den Verbrennungsmotor 10 eingenommen wird. Die Lagerung des Rotors des Motors M oder des Generators G kann in mit den Enden der Gehäuse verbundenen Deckeln   nu, n   und g, g erfolgen, die ebenfalls einen Teil des rohrförmigen Tragkörpers bilden, oder die Deckel, in denen die Rotoren gelagert sind, können so im Inneren des Gehäuses des Motors oder des Generators angeordnet sein, dass die Gehäuse des Motors bzw. des Generators unmittelbar mit den übrigen Teilen des rohrförmigen Tragkörpers verbunden werden können. 



   Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der neuen Ausführung besteht noch darin, dass durch die Erfindung Fahrzeuge mit rohrförmigem mittlerem Tragkörper und   gegenüber dem Tragkörper   auf und ab beweglichen Treibrädern, die sich schon jetzt in der Fabrikation und im Verkehr befinden, in einfacher Weise für elektrischen Antrieb oder für elektrische   Kraftübertragung   umgebaut werden können. Es braucht nur das Wechselgetriebe durch den Generator ersetzt und an einer beliebigen Stelle der Elektromotor eingefügt zu werden. Zweckmässig wird der Motor an der im   Ausführungsbeispiel   dargestellten Stelle angeordnet, die bei den früheren Anordnungen durch die Getriebebremse eingenommen wurde.   Natürlich   kann die Erfindung auch für Fahrzeuge mit nur vier Rädern Verwendung finden. 



     PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE   :
1. Elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einem in der Längsmittelebene des Wagens angeordneten, das Fahrgestell bildenden rohrförmigen Träger, an dem die Treibräder auf und ab beweglich angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse des zum Antrieb dienenden Elektromotors einen Teil oder die Fortsetzung des rohrförmigen Fahrgestells bildet.

   The invention relates to an electric drive device for motor vehicles. in which a tubular carrier arranged in the longitudinal center plane of the car forms the chassis of the car on which the drive wheels are arranged to be movable up and down.



  The invention also relates to such vehicles of the type indicated above, in which the current used to feed the motor is supplied by a generator which in turn is driven by an internal combustion engine or the like.



   The invention consists in particular in that the motor housing or the generator housing forms part of or a continuation of the tubular chassis.



   In motor vehicles with several drive axles, according to the invention, a motor can be used for each axle, each of which forms a part or a continuation of the tubular chassis. This arrangement has the advantage over the use of only one motor that an automatic compensation between the two shafts can take place without the use of a differential gear. In the practical implementation, it has hitherto generally been necessary to dispense with a compensation between the two drive wheel shafts by using a third differential gear, since otherwise only one of the four drive wheels will bring the other three wheels to a standstill when sliding.



   In the drawing, the invention is shown for example.



   The two pairs of drive wheels 1 and 2 are mounted in a manner known per se on semi-axles which are pivotably articulated to the differential gear housings 3 and 4. The pairs of wheels 1 and 2 are driven by shafts 5 and 6 mounted in the semi-axis.



  The differential gear housings 3 and 4 form, in a manner known per se, a part of the tubular chassis, the main part of which consists of tubes 7 and 8, suitably drawn seamlessly.



   The housing of the electric motor M used to drive the pairs of wheels 1 and 2 is in the illustrated embodiment, cantilevered on the rear part of the rear differential gear housing 4, conveniently fastened by means of flanges and forms a continuation of the tubular chassis. A shaft mounted in the tube 7 in a manner known per se serves to transmit the movement from the motor to the front pair of wheels 1.



   The motor could also be arranged between the middle pair of wheels 1 and the rear pair of wheels 2 or between the middle pair of wheels 1 and the front pair of steering wheels 9. In these cases too, the motor housing would form part of the tubular supporting body.



   Furthermore, one motor could be provided for each of the two pairs of wheels 1 and 2, one of which is expediently arranged in the manner shown or between the two pairs of wheels 1 and 2, while the other expediently between the two pairs of wheels! and or between the pairs of wheels 1 and 9 is arranged.
