Boîte de montre à cornes pour montres-bracelets. L'invention a pour objet urne boîte de montre à cornes pour montres-bracelets, possé dant titi corps de boîte pourvu de deux paires de cornes creuses, les deux cormes de chaque paire étant reliées entre elles par une barrette destinée à former une anse pour fixer à la boîte le dispositif d'attache de la montre- bracelet.
Unie boîte de montre de ce genre est généralement constituée de dent parties essentielles obtenues par estampage: le corps de boîte formé par tir) cadre à quatre cornes, et le fond de la boîte; aj@rsté à cran ou monté à charnière sur ledit corps de boîte. Selon les procédés de fabrication en usage, on est obligé pour achever la boîte, de bouclier les coures estampées en forme de cuvette, air moyen de plaques dites couvre-cornes que l'on soude sur la partie ajourée de chaque corne, et enfin de souder une barrette à chaque paire de cornes.
Pour simplifier la fabrication et éviter autant que possible des rhabillages de la boîte, l'objet de la présente invention com- porte deux éléments rapportés au corps de boîte, titi élément en regard de chaque paire de cornes,
et constituant air moins lesdites barrettes et urne partie des cormes creuses. L'un de ces éléments petit être conformé de manière qu'il constitue en outre titi filet ou cran de fermeture. Cet éléments rapportés sont formés de préférence par cieux plaques obtenues par découpage et sondées air corps de boîte.
Ainsi, l'achevage des cornes et lai constitution des anses et d*rrn filet (le ferme ture sont beaucoup simplifiés et fort écono miques, puisque les pièces constitutives de la boîte sont peu nombreuses et d'un assem blage facile.
Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 représente le corps de boîte. vu de face; La fig. 2 en est une coupe suivant la ligne brisée I1-II-II-II: La fig. 3 est une vue semblable à la fig. 1. l'objet étant vu de la face opposé. Dans les<B>fi-.</B> Z et 3 les parties caracté ristiques de la boîte sont accusées par des traits renforcés.
Le corps de boite 1. en métal embouti, forme (tri cadre rectangulaire dont les angles sont saillants et forment deux paires de cornes creuses 2 respectivement \?'. Les cornes de chaque paire sont reliées entre elles par une barrette 3 respectivement 3', de sorte que les cornes et les barrettes constituent deux anses pour fixer < à la boîte le dispositif d'atta che de la montre-bracelet.
Les cornes creuses ajourées en forure de cuvettes lorsque la pièce 1 sort de l'eurboir- tissoir, sont bouchées par deux plaques couvre-cornes 4 respectivement 4' rapportées par soudage à l'élément 1.
Ces plaques sont conformées dc manière quelles constituent non seulement les couvre-corrres, mais encore les barrettes 3 et 3'. 11:n effet, la plaque 4 constitue les couvre-cornes des cornes ? et la barrette 3. tandis que la plaque 4' consti tue les couvre-cornes des cornes -2' et la barrette 3'.
La plaque 4 forme en outre le filet ou ci-ai) de fermeture 5 pour le fond tin la boite, fond qui est articulé au corps (le boite 1 à, l'aide d'une charnière dont 6 désigne deus charrions soudés à l'élément 1.
Lorsque la boîte comporte tu) fond non articulé, fermant <B>là</B> cran, la plaque 4' pourrait également coristitiier nu filet de fermeture. En ce cas, les deux plaques 4. 4' seraient identiquement conformées.
11 est bien entendu que la foi-nie générale de la boite pourrait différer de celle de l'exemple représenté au dessin; l'invention serait par exemple applicable aux boîtes de montres de forme tonneau. Il en est de même de l'ouverture 7 destinée à recevoir le verre recouvrant le cadrair.

To simplify manufacture and avoid as much as possible re-dressing of the box, the object of the present invention comprises two elements attached to the box body, one element facing each pair of horns,
and constituting air minus said bars and a part of the hollow corms. One of these elements can be shaped so that it also constitutes a titi net or closing notch. These added elements are preferably formed by skies plates obtained by cutting and probed air box body.
Thus, the completion of the horns and the constitution of the handles and of the net (the closing is much simplified and very economical, since the constituent parts of the box are few and easy to assemble.
