La boîte de montre-bracelet représentée comporte la lunette de glace 1 et le fond 2 maintenus l'un à l'autre par la pièce inter médiaire 3 disposée à l'intérieur de la lunette 1 et sur laquelle est emboîté le fond 2.

Lorsqu'on désire séparer la lunette de glace 1 du fond 2, il n'est pas nécessaire d'enlever d'abord la cheville 6, il suffit de sortir la pièce 3, disposée dans le couvercle; le côté de la pièce 3 ne fermant plus la partie ouverte des charrons 7, la cheville 6 peut ensuite être sortie des charrons 7.
