Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  wertvolles Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn  man auf ein Salz des Einwirkungsproduktes  von Acetaldeheydbisulfit auf Anilin     (Anilin-          äthan-w-sulfosäurc)    Crotonaldehyd einwir  ken lässt.  



  Das neue Produkt, das unter Abspaltung  des w-Sulfosäurerestes entstanden ist, bildet  ein braun gefärbtes, klares, sprödes Harz,  enthält zirka, 8,2% Stickstoff und kann in  der Kautschukindustrie als Vulkan     isations-          beschleuniger    Verwendet werden.  



  sseispiel:  100 Teile Crotonaldehyd werden bei 8   zu einer Lösung von 223 Teilen Natriumsalz  der Anilin-äthan-w-sulfosäure unter gutem  Rühren zugefügt. Die Temperatur steigt  langsam auf ungefähr 25 . Nachdem diese  Temperatur einige Zeit eingehalten, wird sie    w ährend einer Stunde auf 90   gesteigert und  während einer Stunde bei 90-95   gehalten.  Das erhaltene Produkt wird abgetrennt, mit  Wasser gew tischen lund getrocknet.

  The new product, which was created by splitting off the w-sulfonic acid residue, forms a brown, clear, brittle resin, contains approx. 8.2% nitrogen and can be used in the rubber industry as a vulcanization accelerator.



  Example: 100 parts of crotonaldehyde are added at 8 to a solution of 223 parts of the sodium salt of aniline-ethane-w-sulfonic acid with thorough stirring. The temperature slowly rises to around 25. After this temperature has been maintained for some time, it is increased to 90 over an hour and kept at 90-95 over an hour. The product obtained is separated off, washed and dried with water.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dA man auf ein Salz des Einwir kungsproduktes von Acetaldehydbisulfit auf Anilin Crotonaldehyd einwirken lässt. Das neue Produkt, das unter Abspaltung des w-Sulfosäurerestes entstanden ist, bildet ein braun gefärbtes, klares, sprödes Harz, enthält zirka 8,2% Stickstoff und kann in der Kautschukindustrie als Vulkanisations- beschleuniger verwendet -erden.
