Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Acetatseidenfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zum Fär  ben von     Celluloseestern    oder     -äthern    oder  deren     Umwandlungsprodukten    geeignete Farb  stoffe erhält, wenn man     4-Aminonaphtal-          säureanhydrid    mit Ammoniak,     aliphatischen     oder aromatischen Aminen kondensiert. Diese  Kondensationsprodukte haben die allgemeine  Formel

    wobei X Wasserstoff,     Alkyl,        Aryl    oder     Aral-          kyl    bedeutet.

   Die genannten Derivate färben  aus kolloidaler Lösung oder wässeriger Sus  pension mit oder ohne Zusatz von Schutz-    kolloiden, Salzen, Säuren oder Alkalien       Celluloseester    oder     -äther    in klaren gelben  Tönen.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines       Acetatseidenfarbstoffes,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man     4-Aminonaphtal-          säureanhydrid    mit     asymetrischem        m-Xylidin     kondensiert.         Beispiel:       30 Gewichtsteile     4-Aminonaphtalsäurean-          hydrid    werden mit 90 Gewichtsteilen     asy-          metrischem        m-Xylidin    4-5 Stunden unter       Rückfluss    zum Sieden erhitzt.  



  Nach dem Erkalten wird das Konden  sationsprodukt abgesaugt, zuerst mit     asy-          metrischem        m-Xylidin,    dann mit Sprit ge  waschen. Es stellt ein goldgelbes Produkt  dar, welches nach einmaligem     Umlösen    aus  Eisessig bei 268      C-270     C schmilzt.      Es färbt     Celluloseester,        -äther    oder deren       Umwandlungsprodukte    in einem äusserst       grünstichigen    Gelb von     prächtigerFluoreszenz.

Example: 30 parts by weight of 4-aminonaphthalic anhydride are refluxed with 90 parts by weight of asymmetrical m-xylidine for 4-5 hours.

It is a golden yellow product, which melts at 268 ° C-270 ° C after being dissolved once from glacial acetic acid. Es färbt Celluloseester, -äther oder deren Qmwandlungqprodukte in einem äusserst grünstichigen Grelb von prächtigerFluoreszenz.
