Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Iierstellung    eines wasserlöslichen basischen     Farbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser  löslichen basischen Farbstoffes. Das Verfahren  besteht darin, dass man     p-Diäthylaminobenzal-          dehyd    mit     5-Fluor-1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylen-          indolin    umsetzt.  



  Der     Farbstoff    stellt ein gut kristallisiertes  Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser und Alkohol  gut löst und tannierte Baumwolle und     Ace-          tatseide    in rötlich violetten Tönen färbt.  



       Beispiel:     8,9 Gewichtsteile     p-Diäthylaminobenzalde-          hyd    und 9,6 Gewichtsteile     5-Fluor-1,3,3-tri-          methyl-2-methylenindolin    werden in Eisessig  gelöst und einige Stunden auf 100   erhitzt.  Man giesst die Lösung in Wasser und salzt  aus. Das so erhaltene Rohprodukt wird erneut  in heissem Wasser gelöst, von unlöslichen  harzigen Bestandteilen abgetrennt und aus  gesalzen. Man erhält den     Farbstoff    schön    kristallinisch. Er ist in Wasser und     Alkohol     gut löslich. Tannierte Baumwolle und     Ace-          tatseide    färbt er in rötlich violetten Tönen  an.

   Das     Umsetzungsprodukt    mit     Phosphor-          Wolfram-13Tolyudänsäure    liefert einen beson  ders klaren, licht- und     spritechten    Farblack.

  The dye is a well-crystallized powder that dissolves well in water and alcohol and dyes cotton and acetate silk in reddish purple tones.



       Example: 8.9 parts by weight of p-diethylaminobenzaldehyde and 9.6 parts by weight of 5-fluoro-1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methyleneindoline are dissolved in glacial acetic acid and heated to 100 for a few hours. The solution is poured into water and salted out. The crude product obtained in this way is redissolved in hot water, separated from insoluble resinous constituents and salted out. The dye is obtained in a nicely crystalline form. It is easily soluble in water and alcohol. He dyes tannin cotton and acetate silk in reddish purple tones.

   The reaction product with phosphorus-tungsten-13-tolyudic acid provides a particularly clear, lightfast and spritable colored lacquer.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen basischen Farbstoffes, darin beste hend, dass man p-Diäthylaminöbenzaldehyd mit 5-Fluor-1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylenindolin umsetzt. Der Farbstoff stellt ein gut kristallisiertes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser und Alkohol gut löst und tannierte Baumwolle und Ace- tatseide in rötlich violetten Tönen färbt.
