Pulvérisateur. L'objet de la présente invention est un pulvérisateur présentant l'avantage de pro duire à jet alternatif une pulvérisation très fine des liquides ou mélanges semi-liquides, destinés à des emplois variés, tels que le traitement des végétaux, le service antisep tique, la dispersion des parfums, la lubri fication de pièces mécaniques, l'extinction des commencements d'incendie, etc.
Il comporte un corps central auquel sont fixés, situés dans le même prolongement, la poignée et son levier, le tube de lance, et perpendiculairement le corps de pompe et son récipient.
La fig. 1 du dessin annexé, à titre d'exemple, représente une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention ; La fig. 2 est une vue en coupe du corps central; La fig. 3 montre un dispositif se vissant au corps central de l'appareil permettant de relier ce dernier par un tuyau flexible au récipient contenant le liquide ; La fig. 4 est une lance se vissant au corps central en lieu et place du dispositif de pulvérisation.
Le corps central 1 de l'appareil com porte, vers sa partie supérieure, un disposi tif de pulvérisation ou tube de lance 2, et situé dans le même prolongement axial, la pièce pivot 3 et la poignée 4. Vers sa partie inférieure, le corps central 1 est muni d'un raccord fileté 5, vissé lui-même sur le raccord fileté 6 du récipient 7, ou sur le dispositif de raccordement 8.
A l'extrémité inférieure du corps central 1 est vissé par une de ses extrémités, un tube 9 se prolongeant jusqu'au fond du ré cipient 7 ou du dispositif de raccordement 8, et dont l'autre extrémité est munie d'une crépine 10.
Dans le corps central se meut une tige 11 vissée dans le piston 12 muni de deux segments en cuir 13 et évidé dans sa par tie inférieure. Le logement central 14 com porte un canal 15 donnant passage au li quide comprimé, retenu par la bille 16, ap puyée sur son siège par le ressort 17, le quel est fixé sur la pièce vissée 18. Devant ladite pièce se visse le dispositif de pulvé risation 19 dans l'intérieur duquel est lo gée la pièce 20 hélicoïdale, donnant le mou vement giratoire au liquide pulvérisé.
Dans la partie inférieure se visse la pièce 5 qui comporte un clapet à trois pans 21, ajusté dans la partie supérieure du tube 9 ; ledit clapet est muni, sur son siège de fer meture, d'une rondelle en cuir et présente à sa partie supérieure un ajutage fraisé don nant passage au liquide.
Dans la partie supérieure de la chambre du piston se trouve une sortie tubulaire 22 fig. 3, donnant passage à l'air comprimé par le mouvement ascensionnel du piston, et pouvant donner passage éventuellement au liquide qui peut passer entre la paroi de la chambre du piston et celui-ci.
Dans la partie supérieure du corps cen tral est vissé le guide-tige 23, sur lequel s'encastre le ressort 24. Sur la tige 11 sont vissées les pièces du réglage 25, 26 et 27. Entre les deux pièces inférieures 26 et 27 est placé l'étrier 28, .accouplé au levier 29, pivotant lui-même sur la pièce 3 encastrée dans l'intérieur de la poignée.
Le fonctionnement de l'appareil décrit est le suivant Lorsque la poignée 29 va dans le sens de la flèche, ce qui correspond à la phase de compression, la soupape 21 se ferme; le piston descendant refoule le liquide dans le canal 15, lequel pousse la bille 16 et son ressort 17, pour sortir sous pression par le dispositif de dispersion 19 ; lorsque le pis- ton va dans le sens contraire, celui-ci aspire le liquide du récipient 7 ou du dispositif 8 par la soupape 21. Le ressort 24 se déten dant, remonte le piston à fond de course par la pièce 28, et remet en place la poi gnée 29, ainsi de suite, ce qui permet d'ob tenir instantanément une pulvérisation ré pétée.
Sprayer. The object of the present invention is a sprayer having the advantage of producing with an alternating jet a very fine spraying of liquids or semi-liquid mixtures, intended for various uses, such as the treatment of plants, the antiseptic service, the dispersion of perfumes, the lubrication of mechanical parts, the extinction of the beginnings of fires, etc.
It comprises a central body to which are fixed, located in the same extension, the handle and its lever, the lance tube, and perpendicularly the pump body and its container.
Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawing, by way of example, represents an embodiment of the object of the invention; Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the central body; Fig. 3 shows a device which can be screwed onto the central body of the apparatus making it possible to connect the latter by a flexible pipe to the receptacle containing the liquid; Fig. 4 is a lance screwing onto the central body in place of the spray device.
The central body 1 of the apparatus comprises, towards its upper part, a spray device or lance tube 2, and located in the same axial extension, the pivot part 3 and the handle 4. Towards its lower part, the central body 1 is provided with a threaded connector 5, itself screwed onto the threaded connector 6 of the receptacle 7, or onto the connecting device 8.
At the lower end of the central body 1 is screwed by one of its ends, a tube 9 extending to the bottom of the receptacle 7 or of the connecting device 8, and the other end of which is provided with a strainer 10 .
In the central body moves a rod 11 screwed into the piston 12 provided with two leather segments 13 and hollowed out in its lower part. The central housing 14 com carries a channel 15 giving passage to the compressed liquid, retained by the ball 16, supported on its seat by the spring 17, which is fixed on the screwed part 18. In front of said part is screwed the device of spraying 19 in the interior of which is housed the helical part 20, giving the gyratory movement to the sprayed liquid.
In the lower part is screwed the part 5 which comprises a three-sided valve 21, adjusted in the upper part of the tube 9; said valve is provided, on its iron seat, with a leather washer and has at its upper part a milled nozzle giving passage to the liquid.
In the upper part of the piston chamber there is a tubular outlet 22 fig. 3, giving passage to the compressed air by the upward movement of the piston, and possibly giving passage to the liquid which can pass between the wall of the chamber of the piston and the latter.
In the upper part of the central body is screwed the rod guide 23, on which the spring 24 fits. On the rod 11 are screwed the adjustment parts 25, 26 and 27. Between the two lower parts 26 and 27 is placed the caliper 28,. coupled to the lever 29, itself pivoting on the part 3 embedded in the interior of the handle.
The operation of the apparatus described is as follows. When the handle 29 goes in the direction of the arrow, which corresponds to the compression phase, the valve 21 closes; the descending piston forces the liquid into the channel 15, which pushes the ball 16 and its spring 17, to exit under pressure through the dispersion device 19; when the piston goes in the opposite direction, the latter sucks the liquid from the receptacle 7 or from the device 8 through the valve 21. The spring 24 is released, raises the piston to the full stroke through the part 28, and restores in place the handle 29, and so on, which makes it possible to instantly obtain a repeated spraying.
