Pulvérisateur. Les pulvérisateurs sont souvent constitués par un jeu -de buses métalliques ou en résine synthétique reliées à une poire en caoutchouc qui, mise en action, permet de projeter le liquide contenu dans le récipient où vient tremper la buse à liquidé. La poire ou le tube qui la met en relation avec les buses se dé tériorent fréquemment, ce qui met vite l'ap pareil hors d'usage.
Le but de la présente invention -est d'évi ter ces inconvénients par la réalisation .d'un pulvérisateur pour liquides, caractérisé en ce qu'il compoirte un soufflet solidarisé à un dispositif à ajutage de pulvérisation compre nant, d'autre part, des moyens de fixation destinés à maintenir le pulvérisateur sur le récipient dont le contenu doit être pulvérisé.
De préférence, le piston ou plongeur fai sant partie du soufflet est mobile dans la direction suivant laquelle sort l'air sous pression.
L'unique figure du dessin annexé donne un exemple de forme d'exécution du pulvé risateur selon l'invention. Elle représente uns coupe du pulvérisa teur -dans laquelle un voit en 1 le tube de résine :synthétique, en 2 le soufflet et en 3 l'ajutage. Dans le soufflet 2, constitué par un cylindre 4 et par un piston ou plongeur 5 muni d'une garniture étanche de cuir 6 tendue par une cage métallique 7, se trouve un ressort 8 qui tend à écarter le piston 5 -du fond 9 du cylindre 4.
Le piston est retenu dans sa position extrême par un épaulement 10<B>de</B> la pièce centrale 12 fixant le soufflet à l'ajutage 3, épaulement contre lequel s'appuie le fond 11 du piston.
L'ajutage 3 est traversé sur toute sa longueur par un canal 13 qui communique transversalement en 16 avec le tube 1 de résine synthétique -et débouché à l'air libre par la tuyère 17. A son autre extrémité, le canal 13 s'ouvre dans une cavité 18 percée -dans la pièce centrale 12, de manière à communiquer avec l'intérieur du soufflet 2 par l'intermé diaire de deux orifices 14 pratiqués également dans la pièce centrale. Grâce au capuchon fileté 15, le pulvérisateur peut être fixé sur le flacon contenant le liquide à vaporiser.
Lorsqu'on veut utiliser ce vaporisateur, on pousse sur le piston 5, ce qui a pour effet de comprimer l'air dans le cylindre et le fait sortir par les orifices 14 dans le canal 13. De là, cet air parvient à l'ajutage où il exerce une dépression provoquant l'ascension du liquide dans le tube 1 et sa projection vers l'extérieur, à l'état pulvérisé.
Quand le piston revient en arrière sous l'action du ressort, une certaine quantité d'air est aspirée à travers la tuyère 17, le canal 13, la cavité 18 et les orifices 14, venant ainsi remplir à nouveau le cylindre 4.
Sprayer. Sprayers are often made up of a set of metal or synthetic resin nozzles connected to a rubber bulb which, when put into action, makes it possible to project the liquid contained in the receptacle where the liquid nozzle soaks. The bulb or the tube which puts it in relation to the nozzles deteriorate frequently, which quickly puts the device out of use.
The aim of the present invention -is to avoid these drawbacks by producing a sprayer for liquids, characterized in that it comprises a bellows secured to a device with a spray nozzle comprising, on the other hand, fixing means intended to hold the sprayer on the container whose contents are to be sprayed.
Preferably, the piston or plunger forming part of the bellows is movable in the direction in which the pressurized air exits.
The single figure of the appended drawing gives an exemplary embodiment of the sprayer according to the invention. It represents a section of the sprayer -in which one sees in 1 the resin tube: synthetic, in 2 the bellows and in 3 the nozzle. In the bellows 2, consisting of a cylinder 4 and a piston or plunger 5 provided with a waterproof leather lining 6 stretched by a metal cage 7, there is a spring 8 which tends to move the piston 5 away from the bottom 9 of the cylinder 4.
The piston is retained in its extreme position by a shoulder 10 <B> of </B> the central part 12 fixing the bellows to the nozzle 3, a shoulder against which the bottom 11 of the piston rests.
The nozzle 3 is crossed over its entire length by a channel 13 which communicates transversely at 16 with the synthetic resin tube 1 - and opened to the open air by the nozzle 17. At its other end, the channel 13 opens. in a cavity 18 pierced -in the central part 12, so as to communicate with the interior of the bellows 2 through the intermediary of two orifices 14 also made in the central part. Thanks to the threaded cap 15, the sprayer can be attached to the bottle containing the liquid to be sprayed.
When you want to use this vaporizer, you push on the piston 5, which has the effect of compressing the air in the cylinder and makes it exit through the orifices 14 in the channel 13. From there, this air reaches the cylinder. nozzle where it exerts a depression causing the rise of the liquid in the tube 1 and its projection outwards, in the pulverized state.
When the piston comes back under the action of the spring, a certain quantity of air is sucked through the nozzle 17, the channel 13, the cavity 18 and the orifices 14, thus filling the cylinder 4 again.
