Dispositif d'arrêtage pour mécanisme de remontage automatique d'un mouvement d'horlogerie. La présente invention concerne un dispo sitif d'arrêtage pour mécanisme de remon tage automatique d'un mouvement d'horlo gerie, dans lequel deux équipages rotatifs comportent, le premier un mobile et un ar bre solidaires en rotation, et le second deux mobiles solidaires en rotation, mais pouvant s'éloigner et se rapprocher l'un de l'autre le long de leur axe de rotation, les deux équi pages étant mis en rotation, l'un par le mé canisme de remontage automatique et l'autre par le moteur du mouvement d'horlogerie;
r1 partir de ce moment, la roue 4 et l'arbre 3 restent immobiles, mais le ressort du baril let continuant à se détendre la roue 6 et h disque 10 continuent à tourner, ce qui a pore effet de faire deseendre le disque le long dt la partie filetée 1;
La. forme d'exécution décrite permet d( régler très facilement: la. tension maximum di ressort de barillet, par exemple par modifi cation de la distance entre la roue 6 et le dis que 10 à partir d'un certain degré de tensior du ressort; elle est robuste, simple, économi que et d'un fonctionnement parfaitement sfir Le dispositif selon l'invention peut dif. férer de la forme d'exécution décrite, pas exemple par la forme, la disposition des di vers organes qui la constituent;
Stopper for an automatic winding mechanism of a clockwork movement. The present invention relates to a stopping device for an automatic winding mechanism of a clock movement, in which two rotating units comprise, the first a mobile and a shaft integral in rotation, and the second two integral mobile units. rotating, but being able to move away from and approach one another along their axis of rotation, the two teams being rotated, one by the automatic winding mechanism and the other by the motor of the clockwork movement;
this device also has a member commanded by the second crew under the action of which it can come into engagement with one of the elements of the automatic winding mechanism, the whole arranged in such a way that, as long as the winding of the motor of the clockwork movement is less than a determined degree, the member is kept in non-engagement with the element of the re-assembly mechanism, and that, when the winding of the motor! of the clockwork movement has reached This determined degree, the organ is brought by the second crew into engagement with the element and stops the winding mechanism which stops operating one of the crews, the motor of the clockwork movement continuing to operate. 'other crew who,
when the winding of the clockwork movement is lowered to below a determined degree, it allows the organ to move away from the element, which releases the automatic winding mechanism which can come into action.
An embodiment of the object of the present invention, applied to a barrel clockwork movement, is given, schematically and by way of example, in the accompanying drawing in which FIG. 1 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 2 a plan view.
In this embodiment, the stopping device and the winding device are mounted between a plate 1 and a bridge 2, the latter being assumed to have been removed in FIG. 2.
The two crews are coaxial, and the first comprises a toothed wheel 4 fixed to the lower part of a shaft 3 threaded at its upper part 9; this first crew is rotated by the automatic re-assembly mechanism, the last wheel 5 of which, fixed on the shaft of the barrel 8, is caught with the wheel 4.
The second crew comprises a disc 10 engaged on the threaded part 9 of the shaft 3, and a toothed wheel 6 idle -on this shaft along which it cannot move; these two moving parts 10 and 6 are made integral in rotation by a rod 12 parallel to the shaft 3, fixed on the wheel 6 and freely penetrating into an opening 11 of the disc 10, which allows them to move away and to stand. move towards each other along their axis of rotation.
A lever 13, pivoted at 14 on the bridge \ ?, has two angled ends 15 and 16 crossing the bridge through openings made in the latter; a spring 18 tends to: keep the end 15 pressed constantly on the. upper face of the disc 10 so as to follow the latter in all its rectilinear movements along the shaft 3, while the other end 16 can, as shown in FIG. 1, come into contact with one of the toothed wheels 17 of the automatic winding mechanism, the only two members of which 5 and 17 are shown in the drawing.
It is easy to understand that the wheel 1 and the shaft 3, or first gear, on the one hand, and the wheel 6 and the disc 10, or second equipa_.ge, on the other hand, rotate in the same direction, the second crew being actuated in rotation by the wheel 7 of the barrel 8 in conjunction with the wheel 6, which results in moving the 2nd disc 10 along the threaded part 9 Îr, a speed proportional to the difference of the two angular speeds wheels 4 and 6, and in a direction depending on that of the greater of these two angular speeds and that of the pitch of 9.
The dimensions and the arrangement of the various elements of this embodiment are such that the operation is as follows: As long as the barrel spring is raised below the determined degree which must not be exceeded, the disc 10 is engaged on the threaded part 9 of the shaft 3 to a tie rod for which the lever 13 does not press:
on the wheel 17, and the automatic winding is carried out normally, the wheel 1 and the shaft rotating at a speed greater than that therefore are animated the disc 10 and the idle wheel t actuated by the. barrel wheel 7, the low speed of rotation of which is determined by the relaxation of the spring acting on the organ: which it is intended to operate.
The direction of rotation of the mobiles and eelu the pitch of 9 are such that the result is that the disc 10 rises along the shaft 3 by pivoting, against the spring 18, the. screw 13, the end 16 of which comes to press on the rim of the wheel 17 when the winding up ,, (has reached the determined degree which must not be exceeded, and blocks the re-assembly mechanism at that time.
r1 from this moment, the wheel 4 and the shaft 3 remain stationary, but the spring of the barrel let continuing to relax the wheel 6 and h disk 10 continue to rotate, which has the effect of making the disk relax along dt the threaded part 1;
the lever 13 follows the disc in this rectilinear downward movement abandons the wheel 17 and unlocks the winding mechanism which comes into action when the barrel spring is. relaxed to a certain degree, then the period Eliverses of functioning follow each other il- nouvelleear in the same order.
The locking action of this device is all the more forceful as the wheel 17, on which the end 16 of the lever 13 acts, executes a greater number of turns pendari than the wheel 5 fixed on the barrel shaft. take a walk.
The. Embodiment described makes it possible to adjust very easily: the maximum tension of the barrel spring, for example by modifying the distance between the wheel 6 and the disc 10 from a certain degree of tension of the barrel. spring; it is robust, simple, economical and of perfectly safe operation The device according to the invention may differ from the embodiment described, for example by the shape, the arrangement of the various members which constitute it ;
it could be applied -to a clockwork movement whose motor is other than a spring, a weight for example, etc.
