Description

       

      Sinlzkasten.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein     Sinkkasten,    bei welchem die Sink  stoffe in einem aus dem eigentlichen Kasten  herausnehmbaren     Schlammeimer    aufgefan  gen werden und mittelst dieses Eimers  mühelos entfernt werden können. Eine Ver  unreinigung des     Sinkkastens    durch Sink  stoffe wird auf diese Weise vermieden.  



  Diese Vorteile sollen dadurch erreicht  werden, dass die Wandung eines im eigent  lichen Kasten     befindliehen    herausnehmbaren  Schlammeimers vollständig an der Wandung  des eigentlichen Kastens anliegt und dass  mit Hilfe eines am Deckel des eigentlichen  Kastens angegossenen, nach unten offenen       Einlaufstutzens    bei mit Wasser gefülltem       Sinkkasten    ein     Wasserverschluss    gebildet  ist, ferner dadurch, dass der     Sinkkasten     einen knieförmig ausgebildeten     Abflussstut-          zen    mit nach oben gerichteter     Einflussöff-          nung    besitzt.  



  Die beiliegende     Zeichnung    veranschau  licht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes durch     Fig.    1 im Vertikal  schnitt nach der Linie     x-x    in     Fig.    2 und    durch     Fig.    2 im Grundriss, zum 'feil im  Schnitt.  



  1 bezeichnet den eigentlichen Kasten  mit angegossenem, knieförmigem Abfluss  stutzen 2, dessen     Einflussöffnung    3 nach  oben gerichtet ist. Der Stutzen 2 ragt un  gefähr zu einem Drittel in den Kreisum  fang des Kastens 1 hinein und ist der Raum  4 unter diesem hineinragenden Teil des  Stutzens 2 durch eine Einbuchtung der Ka  stenwand vom Hohlraum 6 des Kastens 1  getrennt, so dass keine     Sinkstoffe    in den  Raum 4 gelangen können.

   Der unter dem       Einlaufstutzen    11 des eigentlichen Ka  stens befindliche, im Querschnitt nieren  förmige Hohlraum 6 des Kastens 1 wird  von dem am Umfang sich anschliessenden  Schlammeimer 7 mit festem' Griff 8 ganz  ausgefüllt, so dass alle in den     Sinkkasten     gelangenden     Sinkstoffe    vom Eimer aufge  fangen werden, was für die Reinhaltung des       Sinkkastens    von grossem Vorteil ist. Die .  nach oben gerichtete     Einflussöffnung    des       Abflussstutzens    2 ermöglicht. die Einfüh  rung eines Wenderohres in denselben und      damit ein leichtes Spülen der     Abflusslei-          tung.     



  Der Deckel 9 des Kastens 1 weist     Durch-          lässe    10 auf und ist über der     Einflussöff-          nung    3 des Stutzens ? geschlossen.     Mit     Hilfe des unten am Deckel 9 des Kastens  1 sitzenden     Einlaufstutzens    11 ist bei mit  Wasser angefülltem     Sinkkasten    ein     Wasser-.          verschluss    über dem Schlammeimer gebildet.

  1 denotes the actual box with a molded, knee-shaped drain nozzle 2, the inlet opening 3 of which is directed upwards. The nozzle 2 protrudes about a third into the Kreisum catch of the box 1 and is the space 4 under this protruding part of the nozzle 2 by an indentation in the Ka stenwand separated from the cavity 6 of the box 1, so that no sediment in the room 4 can reach.
