Treuil transportable. L'objet de la présente invention est un treuil transportable, lequel est destiné princi palement au vignoble planté sur des terrains à forte .déclivité, d'accès difficile, ou dont les lignes de ceps sont trop rapprochées pour permettre l'emploi de bêtes de trait pour effectuer certains travaux de culture; ce treuil transportable permet de remorquer, au moyen d'un câble tracteur s'enroulant sur un tam bour, différentes machines viticoles telles que charrues; bineuses, ou encore d'effectuer des transports d'engrais ou de terre, par roulage;
ce treuil comporte un moteur, actionnant par l'intermédiaire d'organes de transmission un tambour sur lequel s'enroule un câble trac teur, ledit tambour étant commandé au moyen d'un levier agissant sur un embrayage, cet ensemble étant situé sur une plateforme, la quelle est rendue mobile et transportable au moyen d'au moins un organe de roulement, de mancherons et de bretelles;
Afin de rendre le treuil trânsportable à dos d'homme, il est prévu la fixation sur la plateforme 1 de crochets destinés à recevoir les extrémités de deux bretelles amovibles, celles-ci non représentées au dessin. Le fonctionnement du treuil et son appli cation sont des plus simples: après avoir roulé ou transporté le treuil au moyen des organes de transport décrits, il suffit de le situer perpendiculairement à la formation des rangées de ceps, et de l'immobiliser sur le sol au moyen des organes de fixation 21;
Transportable winch. The object of the present invention is a transportable winch, which is intended principally for the vineyard planted on land with a steep gradient, difficult to access, or whose rows of vines are too close together to allow the use of beasts. trait to perform certain cultivation work; this transportable winch makes it possible to tow, by means of a towing cable wound on a drum, various wine-growing machines such as plows; cultivators, or transporting fertilizers or soil, by rolling;
this winch comprises a motor, actuating by means of transmission members a drum on which is wound a traction cable, said drum being controlled by means of a lever acting on a clutch, this assembly being located on a platform , which is made mobile and transportable by means of at least one running member, handlebars and shoulder straps;
said platform being further provided with fixing members arranged longitudinally to the platform, and intended to be driven into the ground, the whole set up so that the winch can be easily rolled and transported to the platform. place of use and immobilize it on the ground.
Figs. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings show, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view; Ï Fig. 2 is a longitudinal view thereof, with a partial section of the gearbox and clutch.
The transportable winch shown is made up of a rectangular platform 1, preferably made of wood, which comprises, towards its front end, a wheel 2, and towards the other end, two handlebars 3, 3 ', permanently fixed, so that the whole constitutes in a way a wheelbarrow; towards the front end of the platform 1 are fixed flanges 4, 4 'inside which the ends of two handlebars, not shown at the bottom, are detachably placed, thus making it possible to transform the platform 1 into a stretcher .
On the platform 1 is fixed an internal combustion engine 5, the shaft of which is connected by means of a coupling sleeve 6, to an endless screw - 7, meshing with a wheel 8, the shaft of which comprises an angular wheel 9 meshing with a similar wheel 10; the shaft of the wheel 10 is provided with a conical friction clutch 11 whose internal member is displaced axially by means of a hand lever 12, pivoting at 13, and whose lower end comprises a fork penetrating through the interior of a circular groove 14 made on the internal member of the clutch 11; the latter drives the shaft of a drum 15 around which a cable 16 is wound, one end of which is provided with a coupling hook 17.
On the platform 1 are fixed fittings 18, 18 'whose curved ends com bear quadrangular holes 19, inside which can circulate rods 20, also of quadrangular section, which are curved in the form of a square, and towards one of the ends of which are riveted metal plates 21 of triangular shape; the plates 21 constitute fastening members, the latter being arranged longitudinally to the platform 1, and are intended to be driven into the ground (FIG. 2) so as to thus make it possible to immobilize the mechanical winch.
The horizontal part of each rod 20 comprises parts 22 of circular section, so that by moving the horizontal part of the rods 20 inside the holes 19, so as to bring the parts 22 inside these last, it is possible to make a quarter turn to the fasteners 21, and thus raise them in the position of - non-use indicated in the dotted line in FIG. 2.
The grip of the winch on the ground is greatly increased when the operator of the winch places himself on the platform 1 at the location indicated at C, said location being specially reserved for this use.
In order to make the winch tranportable on a man's back, there is provided the attachment on the platform 1 of hooks intended to receive the ends of two removable straps, these not shown in the drawing. The operation of the winch and its application are very simple: after having rolled or transported the winch by means of the transport members described, it suffices to locate it perpendicular to the formation of the rows of vines, and to immobilize it on the ground by means of the fasteners 21;
the disengagement of the drum 15 allows the cable 16 to be unrolled between two rows of vines, while the coupling hook 17 will be coupled to the viticultural machine employed; the clutch of the drum 15 will have the effect of towing the wine-making machine, directed by a man, while the operation of the winch is carried out by a driver, who likewise ensures the movement as the work carried out between rows of vines.
