Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden        Farbstoffes    der     Anthracenreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen     indi-          goiden    Farbstoff der     Anthracenreihe    erhält,  wenn man ein     Anil    des     2,3-Anthrachinon-          thioisatins    mit     2,3-Anthracenoxythiophen     kondensiert. Der Farbstoff bildet ein grünes  Pulver, das sich in Schwefelsäure mit oliver  Farbe löst und eine Braunolive     Küpe    gibt,  aus welcher Baumwolle grün gefärbt wird.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,5 Teile des     p-Dimethylaminoanils    des       2,3-Anthrachinonthioisatins    werden mit 13  Teilen     2,3,-Anthracenoxythiophen    und 500  Teilen     Pyridin    oder     Trichlorbenzol    2 Stun  den unter     Rückfluss    gekocht. Der ausge  schiedene Farbstoff wird abgesaugt, ge  waschen und getrocknet.

The dye forms a green powder, which dissolves in sulfuric acid with an olive color and gives a brown olive vat from which cotton is dyed green.

      <I> Example: </I> 20.5 parts of p-dimethylaminoanil of 2,3-anthraquinone thioisatin are refluxed for 2 hours with 13 parts 2,3-anthracene oxythiophene and 500 parts pyridine or trichlorobenzene. The separated dye is filtered off, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indi- goiden Farbstoffes der Anthracenreihe, von der Formel EMI0001.0023 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Anil des 2,3-Anthrachinonthioisatins mit 2,3-An- thracenoxythiophen kondensiert. Der Farb stoff bildet ein grünes Pulver, das sich in Schwefelsäure mit oliver Farbe löst und eine Braunolive Küpe gibt, aus welcher Baumwolle grün gefärbt wird.
