Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Farbstoffindastrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwisclienprodukt, das p-Dimetliylaminoanil des 2,3-Anthrachinonthioisatins, erhält, wenn man das 2,3-Anthrar-hinonoxythio-phen (ef. Patent Nr. <B>103648)</B> mit Nitrosodimethylani- lin kondensiert.
Das p-Dimethylaminoanil des, 2,3-Anthra3chinonthioisatins bildet blaue, brünzeglänzende Kristalle, die in niedrig sie- Uenden Lösungsmitteln sehr schwer löslidli sind. Es löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel säure mit gelber Farbe.
Der Reaktionsverlauf wird durch folgende Gleichung veranschaulicht:

<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>28</B> Teile #,3 <B>-</B> Anthrachinonoxythiophen, <B>280</B> Teile Alkohol,<B>280</B> Teile Wass#er und <B>13</B> Teile<B>30</B> '/oige Natronlauge werden zusam men auf 40' erwäxmt, mit einer Lösung von <B>16</B> Teilen Nitrosoclimethylanilin in<B>100</B> Tei len Alkohol versetzt und eine Stunde bei die ser Temf <B>n</B> peratur gerührt.
Hierauf filtriert man das in 'blauen Kristallen abgeschiedene p-Dimethyla,minoa-nil des 2,3-Anthrachinon- thi-oisatins.
Process for the preparation of a new intermediate product in the dye industry. It has been found that a new intermediate product, the p-dimethylaminoanil of 2,3-anthraquinone thioisatin, is obtained if the 2,3-anthrarquinone oxythiophene (ef. Patent no. 103648) is obtained condensed with nitrosodimethylaniline.
The p-dimethylaminoanil des, 2,3-anthraquinone thioisatin forms blue, shiny crystals which are very difficult to dissolve in low-viscosity solvents. It dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a yellow color.
