Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Farbstoffindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das p-Dimethylaminoanil des 1,2-Anthracenthioisatins, erhält, wenn man das 1,2-Anthracenoxythiophen mit Ni- trosodimethylanilin kondensiert. Das p-Di- methylaminoanil des 1,2-Anthracenthioisa- tins bildet ein braunviolettes Pulver, das in niedrig siedenden Lösungsmitteln sehr schwer löslich ist.
Es löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit olivebrauner Farbe. Die. neue Verbindung wird zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen verwendet.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 75 Teile 1,2-Anthracenogythiophen wer den in eine Mischung aus 1500 Teilen Al kohol und 33 Teilen 30 %iger Natronlauge eingetragen, auf 40' erwärmt und hierauf mit 48 Teilen Nitrosodimethylanilin, gelöst in 300 Teilen Alkohol, versetzt. Man rührt einige Zeit und filtriert das ausgeschiedene Anil:

It has been found that a new intermediate product, the p-dimethylaminoanil of 1,2-anthracene thioisatin, is obtained if the 1,2-anthracene oxythiophene is condensed with nitrosodimethylaniline. The p-dimethylaminoanil of 1,2-anthracenthioisatin forms a brown-violet powder that is very sparingly soluble in low-boiling solvents.
It dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with an olive-brown color. The. new compound is used to make dyes.
<I> Example: </I> 75 parts of 1,2-anthracenogythiophene are added to a mixture of 1500 parts of alcohol and 33 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, heated to 40 'and then mixed with 48 parts of nitrosodimethylaniline, dissolved in 300 parts Alcohol, added. The mixture is stirred for some time and the precipitated anil is filtered:
