Châssis de tirage. La présente invention a pour objet un châssis de tirage, caractérisé en ce qu'il com porte un cadre monté à charnières par un de ses côtés sur une base contre laquelle il peut être maintenu appliqué et soumis à l'action d'un ressort qui tend à le faire tour ner sur ses charnières, pour lui faire prendre par rapport à cette base, une position inclinée, position d'ouverture du châssis, la fenêtre pratiquée dans ce cadre et -destinée à l'expo sition du papier sensible, étant entourée et recouverte partiellement d'une cache amovible, fixée à la face externe du cadre, pour former l'encadrement de la photographie,
le papier sensible étant maintenu serré uniformément à plat entre cette cache et un support porté par l'extrémité d'une lame de ressort dent l'autre extrémité est fixée à. la face interne de celui des côtés du cadre qui est relié par charnières à la base du châssis, au voisinage de l'arête correspondante interne de la fenêtre, ce support étant serré contre la cache par ressorts, quand le cadre est appliqué con tre la base à laquelle il est articulé, et se #T##plaçant, sous l'action du ressort qui le porte, entre des guides formés par des prolon gements, perpendiculairement au plan du cadre, des deux côtés latéraux de la fenêtre,
quand le cadre est relevé, de façon à consti tuer, entre ce support, ces guides et la face interné du cadre, une ouverture pour l'intro- du-ction du papier sensible qu'on peut ainsi faire glisser sur le support jusqu'au côté de la fenêtre corr'espo'ndant à celui des côtés du cadre qui est articulé à la. base.
Au dessin annexé est représentée, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution @de l'objet de l'invention.
A ce dessin Fig. 1 est une élévation du châssis, le cadre complètement relevé; Fig. 2 est une vue en plan du châssis fermé; Fig. 3 est une coupe verticale longitudi nale du châssis ouvert.
Le châssis représenté comprend un élé ment formant base, sur la plaque de fond 1 de laquelle pivotent (fi,-,. 2) deux bras 2 pour vus, sur la plus grande partie de leur lon gueur, d'une coulisse 3. Ces deux bras ser- vert à régler la. position exacte du châssis par rapport à un appareil supportant le cliché et la source lumineuse reproductrice; la plaque 1 étant posée sur une table de travail, est amenée à la. position voulue et fiée en po sition par les boulons 4 appuyant sur les b-ra s \?.
La plaque 1 forme le fond débordant d'une boîte 5 à trois côtés, dont le couvercle 6 formant le cadre du châssis, est monté d charnières sur le côté 7. Ce couvercle on cadre est pourvu d'une fenêtre 8, dont les deux longs côtés sont prolongés vers le bas par u.ne.lame métallique ou autre 9 à arête inférieure 10 recourbée horizontalement. Sur le couvercle est fixée une cache amovible 11 débordant sur le pourtour de la fenêtre.
Au fond de la. boîte, sur la, plaque 1. prend appui un ressort 1\3 dont la branche libre vient appuyer sur la face interne dit couvercle, dans le sens -de l'ouverture. Un autre ressort double 13 fixé également au fond 1, porte à ses deux bouts libre, un sa bot 14 qui agit vers le haut sur une plaque 15, de dimensions égales à la fenêtre 8 (dans hiquelle elle peut pénétrer).
Cette plaque qui sert de support pour le papier sensible, est portée par une lame de ressort 16 y fixée à la. face inférieure, cette lance étant fixée, d'autre part, à. la face in- tei ne de celui .des côtés du couvercle qui est pourvu des charnières, au voisinage du bord correspondant interne de la. fenêtre.
Enfin, les deux longs côtés de la boîte portent extérieurement des crochets 17 qui peuvent engager des boutons 18 fixés aux long: côtés du couvercle.
Pour la mise en position correcte, sur la table de travail, du châssis par rapport à l'appareil supportant le cliché et la. source lumineuse, on rabat le couvercle qu'on main tient fermé par les crochets 17, de façon à avoir les deux mains libres pour fixer exac tement la mise en place. Ceci étant obtenu, on serre les boulons 4 et on rabat les cro chets 17; sous l'influence du ressort 1\?, le cadre pivote et prend la, position de la fig. 3.
Dans cette position, on voit due le cadre lui- rL-ême est soutenu par le ressort 1?, tandis que la plaque 15 est soutenue, dans un plan inférieur (celui des rebords 10) par le sabot 1:1 du double ressort 13.
De cette façon on constitue un vide -20 pour l'introduction dit papier sensible sur la plaque 15. Cette plaque ne possédant aucune articulation, est entièrement libre, et permet ainsi au papier sei:sible de glisser jusqu'à la paroi du fond de la. fenêtre 8.
Le papier étant placé (et équidé dans soir placement par les lames 9) on abaisse le cadre, ce qui com prime d'abord le ressort 1?; la descente cou- tirruant, il arrive un moment où la plaque 15 qui n'a sensiblement pas bougé, est entraînée par la cache 11 venant en contact avec sors bord supérieur;
le ressort 13 se trouve ainsi comprimé et, à fin de course du cadre, il ap puie fortement et uniformément la. plaque 15 contre la partie saillante ,de la cache<B>Il,</B> maintenant et serrant uniformément le papier sensible en place.
Le châssis ayant été fixé en position correcte sur la table de travail et le papier prenant automatiquement la po sition exacte, il n',- a qu'à maintenir le cadre baissé pendant le temps nécessaire pour ob tenir une photographie parfaite, bien cen trée sur le papier, avec, dans l'exemple re présenté, un cadre blanc parfaitement symé trique (ce cadre correspondant évidemment à. la partie saillante de la. cache 11).
Cette cache 11 peut évidemment être changée, de façon à. produire des encadrements variés, découpés, symétriques ou non, avec ou sans inscriptions ou décorations, le tout d'une seule opération et avec une rapidité inconnu à ce jour. L'exposition étant jugée suffisante, on lhelie le cadre, on retire la photographie (onglet découpé \91) et on replace un nou veau papier.
La. plaque 15 porte-papier a toutes ses ai êtes libres, sans articulation, de sorte que le papier descendra toujours ,.-i fond" et re couvrira forcément. et exactement la pla- clue 1.5.
La. forme d'exécution décrite présente entre autre- <B>.</B> les avantages suivantes; 1c Mise. en position correcte une fois pour toutes, pour toute la série de reproductions à tirer, cette mise en position sur la table de travail se faisant rapidement par le fait que les deux mains sont libres.
20 Position exacte du papier, dans le châs sis, obtenue forcément et automatiquement. <B>30</B> Le papier est toujours bien plat et uniformément serré sur tout son pourtour. 40 Obtention d'un cadre quelconque, avec ou sans découpures, inscriptions etc., tou jours exactement.
Draw frame. To this drawing Fig. 1 is an elevation of the chassis with the frame fully raised; Fig. 2 is a plan view of the closed frame; Fig. 3 is a longitudinal vertical section of the open frame.
The frame shown comprises an element forming a base, on the bottom plate 1 of which pivot (fi, - ,. 2) two arms 2 for seen, over most of their length, of a slide 3. These two arms are used to adjust the. exact position of the frame with respect to an apparatus supporting the cliché and the reproducing light source; the plate 1 being placed on a work table, is brought to the. desired position and secured in position by bolts 4 pressing on b-ra s \ ?.
The plate 1 forms the projecting bottom of a box 5 with three sides, of which the cover 6 forming the frame of the chassis, is hinged on the side 7. This cover one frame is provided with a window 8, of which the two long sides are extended downwards by a metal blade or other 9 with a lower edge 10 curved horizontally. On the cover is fixed a removable cover 11 projecting over the periphery of the window.
At the bottom of the. box, on the, plate 1. is supported by a spring 1 \ 3, the free branch of which presses on the internal face of said cover, in the direction of the opening. Another double spring 13 also fixed to the bottom 1, carries at its two free ends, its bot 14 which acts upwards on a plate 15, of dimensions equal to the window 8 (in hiquelle it can penetrate).
This plate, which serves as a support for the sensitive paper, is carried by a leaf spring 16 fixed therein to the. lower face, this lance being fixed, on the other hand, to. the inner face of that .desides of the cover which is provided with the hinges, in the vicinity of the corresponding inner edge of the. window.
Finally, the two long sides of the box carry hooks 17 on the outside which can engage buttons 18 attached to the long sides of the cover.
For the correct positioning, on the work table, of the frame in relation to the device supporting the cliché and the. light source, the cover is folded and held closed by the hooks 17, so as to have both hands free to fix the installation exactly. This being obtained, the bolts 4 are tightened and the hooks 17 are folded down; under the influence of the spring 1 \ ?, the frame pivots and takes the position of fig. 3.
In this position, it can be seen that the frame itself is supported by the spring 1?, While the plate 15 is supported in a lower plane (that of the flanges 10) by the shoe 1: 1 of the double spring 13 .
In this way, a vacuum is created -20 for the introduction of said sensitive paper on the plate 15. This plate having no articulation, is completely free, and thus allows the sei: sible paper to slide to the bottom wall of the plate. the. window 8.
The paper being placed (and equided in evening placement by the blades 9) the frame is lowered, which first com prime the spring 1 ?; the descent slashing, there comes a time when the plate 15 which has not substantially moved, is driven by the cover 11 coming into contact with the upper edge;
the spring 13 is thus compressed and, at the end of the stroke of the frame, it supports strongly and uniformly. plate 15 against the protrusion, of the <B> He </B> cover, holding and evenly clamping the sensitive paper in place.
The frame having been fixed in the correct position on the worktable and the paper automatically assuming the exact position, all you have to do is - keep the frame lowered for the time necessary to obtain a perfect, well-centered photograph. on paper, with, in the example shown, a perfectly symmetrical white frame (this frame obviously corresponding to the projecting part of the. cover 11).
This cover 11 can obviously be changed, so as to. produce various frames, cut out, symmetrical or not, with or without inscriptions or decorations, all in a single operation and with a speed unknown to this day. The exposure being judged sufficient, we loosen the frame, we remove the photograph (cut out tab \ 91) and replace a new paper.
The paper holder plate 15 has all its openings, no articulation, so that the paper will always descend, bottom and cover necessarily and exactly the plate 1.5.
The embodiment described has, among other things, the following advantages; 1c Stake. in the correct position once and for all, for the entire series of reproductions to be drawn, this positioning on the worktable being done quickly by the fact that both hands are free.
