Description

      Wohnhaus.

       Fig.        1'-l9    stellen einen     Kleinhaustyp     dar     finit    zwei Dreizimmerwohnungen,     Fig.    1   ist ein Grundriss vom Erdgeschoss,     Fig.        1''     ist ein Grundriss vom Obergeschoss,     Fig.    1   ist im Grundriss ein Teilstück vom Keller,       Fig.        111    ist ein Grundriss vom Dachstock mit  zwei Zimmern oder     Estrichraum    ;

       Fig. 1 zeigt die Giebelfassade mit Freitreppe zum Obergeschoss, Fig. 1f zeigt die Seitenfassade mit Eingang zum Erdgeschoss, Fig. 19 ist eine Variante zu Fig. 1e; Fig. 2 und 4 zeigen im Grundriss zusam- inengebaute Typen.

      Residential building. The present invention is a residential building.

  The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing.

       Fig. 1'-19 represent a small house type finitely two three-room apartments, Fig. 1 is a floor plan of the ground floor, Fig. 1 '' is a floor plan of the upper floor, Fig. 1 is a section of the basement in the floor plan, Fig. 111 is a Floor plan of the attic with two rooms or attic room;

       1 shows the gable facade with an outside staircase to the upper floor, FIG. 1f shows the side facade with the entrance to the ground floor, FIG. 1 9 is a variant of FIG. 1e; FIGS. 2 and 4 show assembled types in plan.

  In the house according to Fig. 1-1b, the usual up to now in the interior of the house to orderly stairs from the basement to the upper floor including the supporting walls of 15 to 25 cm thickness is turned off. This enables the following savings and advantages: 1. Approximately the space of a stairwell including stairwells in the area of approx. 2.70 X 3.80 m., Which is equivalent to that of a middle room, is gained per floor.

  2. The stairwell walls from 15-25 cm thick fall down.

  3. Opposite the expensive inner floor staircase, the self-supporting artificial stone staircase is cheaper.

  4. Reduction of plastering work due to the elimination of the stairs' sub-layers in plaster. 5. Greater possibility of rescue in the event of a fire compared to the inner wooden stairs. In all the versions shown, access to the ground floor is through a separate entrance from the street, the one to the upper floor is also separate, but from another side of the house, by means of a straight, cantilevered artificial stone staircase. A green hedge can be provided between these two entrances, which separates the entire property in two halves. Access to the basement is shared.

   The access to the loft spaces can be designed together either outside the upper floor in the connection to the outside stairs leading to the upper floor or only accessible from the upper floor, as shown in FIG. 1'i.

   In order to maintain the same size of the different rooms on the ground floor and first floor, and to avoid an unfavorable placement or fragmentation of the rooms due to the not overlying entrances, the entrance and the adjoining rooms are in one j # lalivei ratio set. This also allows the entrances to be swapped for one another and thus to adapt the house to any situation or lighting.
